I had a small grease fire in our Weber grill (whoops!). I had to use the fire extinguisher and really had no idea how to go about cleaning the grill. I've never left a one star review before. I am simply going to state facts. Jeff was who we worked with. Before coming out to our house, he wanted to collect partial payment via Venmo. He was eventually willing to come out to provide a quote prior to payment. We paid for $750 worth of parts. Jeff canceled over 10 appointments to come out and install the parts. We eventually hired someone else who had the job done in one week and the parts were only $500. I strongly recommend against their services. read more

SCAM!!! I too was taken for over $2000 for a new grill that I never received and now my existing grill is worse than it was when I started. I definitely recommend seeking litigation if they have scammed you as I am doing. Jeff was very apologetic promising that he was going to refund my money and install my grill only to not show up and not respond to calls or messages. the only good reviews on here were 5-6 years ago. all recent reviews say SCAM. so beware!!! I had a new composite deck built and my grill looked old and grungy despite the fact the grill was only two years old. I was considering a new one when I saw this company on a local Facebook page. They gave me an estimate, came on time, did most of the work on a tarp in the yard. My deck and the yard was left spotless and the grill looks new. Check out their Facebook page for pictures. THIS IS A SCAM, BE CAREFUL! I hired Jason to come clean my grill and after he rescheduled on me three times, he then didn't show and wouldn't respond. I heard Jason's sad story about how his life was in turmoil, so I was willing to reschedule multiple times until I realized this was a scam. I asked for my money back, which he said he had refunded, but when the refund never came through he stopped responding. I am still waiting on my refund and not sure I will ever see it. Jason is a thief and my next option will be to pursue legal action. Save yourself a huge headache and find a more reputable company that operates with honesty and integrity. read more
