Tri-State Trolling Motor sold me the wrong part for my trolling motor. When I went back to rerturn the part I was repeatedly told loudly that I was WRONG ! "That is the only part ever made my that manufacturer". PLus I was WRONG to think Tri-State would take the part back. After hearing this over and over the arrogant and offensive counter person, realized his error and agreed that an older trolling motor required a different part. Still I had to hear again how WRONG I was for thinking I could return the part to Tri-State.  Well Arrogant and Offensive counter person, I finally agree with you. I was WRONG to ever do business with Tri-State Trolling Motor. And believe the WRONG customer when he says that he will NEVER do business with you again.
