I have used this car service twice now and love it! I travel monthly and used Tri-Valley for my airport transportation. I chose them originally because their prices were very competitive. The drivers were on time and FRIENDLY which makes the drive comfortable and enjoyable. I have driven with Terry and Nathan and they were both kind and professional. I have only great things to say about this company. As long as their prices stay fair, I will be choosing Tri-Valley for all future airport transportation! Also, regardless of any reviews below sharing less than 5 stars, this is a small business climbing for success (which I would never have been able to tell if it wasn't for the owner Nathan, sharing that with me when driving me home from the airport.) Great service from Tri-Valley! I called last minute and booked a ride from OAK to San Ramon and was greeted by Patrick. We had waters in the car, made me feel safe and got me into San Ramon quickly. He also drove me around the area I was staying in showing me restaurants. I was very pleased with the professionalism he had. On my way back to The OAK airport I was greeted by Nathan. He made me feel very comfortable and got me back in time to catch my flight. Overall I'm very pleased with the service I received from Tri-Valley Airport Service. I've used many limo companies over the years and have often been disappointed with each of them for one reason or another, but NOT with Tri-Valley. Every time I have used them they have been nothing short of 100% reliable and that's what matters most when you don't want to miss your flight or wait at the curb after getting off a long flight and fighting your way through customs. Both at my front door, and at the airport, they were there for me exactly when they said they'd be or earlier. The cars are well maintained and clean every time, the drivers are professional and very accommodating to our needs, and we also enjoy the small touches like bottled water waiting for us in the cars. On June 24, 2015, I used TriValley to transport three young grandchildren (ages 4, 9,11) and me to SFO. The driver was early to pick us up at the children's home thus the children were less stressed. He treated me, and very importantly also the grandchildren, as important customers. He was courteous, kind and friendly. My grandkids liked the ride in the town car and wanted to be able to tip the driver themselves. (The 9 year old smiled hugely and suggested the driver use his tip to by himself a treat.) Communication and service was exceptional in that we received confirmation from Tri-Valley Airport Service the day before our scheduled pick-up both times and they tracked our return flight (which was ahead of schedule) and were there to pick us up early. Very unprofessional service. He sent me an email confirmation. I replied back immediately that I had found another person and he should cancel. He never sent an email cancellation. A driver showed up at the appointed hour. My wife refused to take his services because the other driver we had confirmed was also there. Later on he called her and used foul language with generous sprinkling of four letter words. My wife hung up. I shall never use their services. read more

Booked a round trip with Nathan to pick us up at a private home in Livermore and deliver us to SFO. The morning we left, traffic was pretty bad and I received a call from our driver, Carl, that he would arrive ~15-20 minutes early to assure we would get to the airport on time. Indeed, the traffic was bad, but as promised, we arrived on time. There was a tiny glitch that was resolved quickly and all else went smoothly. The return was as promised also. Our driver Carl, met us at curbside within 10 minutes and drove very professionally in some extremely difficult traffic,(seeing that it was the beginning of the Memorial weekend). All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely use this service in the future. read more

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE ! We had reserved a ride to SFO from San Ramon at 5 am on a Sunday international flight to Cancun. Nathan was a no show ! My husband and I recently used this airport service for our trips to and from SFO and we were very pleased. There was a little problem with the pick up driver finding our house but Nathan answered the phone and patched us through to the driver. The driver was friendly, helpful and courteous and the car very clean. On the return trip, Nathan picked us up at the airport and provided us with the same great experience. I booked this service to both take my inlaws to the airport and pick them up at the airport upon their return. The outbound trip worked great and my inlaws were pleased with the service and the driver. For their return trip, they followed the instructions provided to call the office so that the driver could meet them outside the airport. They called 3x and reached an answering machine each time. No call was returned. As such, they were left stranded at the airport with no ride after a 12+ hour international flight. Fortunately they were able to find a ride home, but it wasn't with any help from their confirmed reservation with Tri Valley Airport Service! I booked a reservation on line and made contact by phone to confirm. The price was good to begin with, trip from Dublin, Ca to SFO, and they gave me the first time customer on top of that! The car was on time and called upon arrival so that we could come downstairs from our condo to the car. I kept in contact via email for the pick up on my return, since my flight was delayed and they were very quick to respond and let me know that a driver would be there to meet me. This is the first time we used TriValley and it was a great experience. We had Nathan and he was very courteous, helpful and fun to talk to. He was running a little late for our pickup, but called us ahead of time to inform us. He still arrived only a couple minutes late, but we were at ease that he would be there. Mixed feelings about my experience. Booked this online the night before we needed a ride from SFO after our other driver cancelled on us last minute. We were arriving from Heathrow @ 5 pm on a Friday night with a 5 month old baby. My husband spoke to a gentlemen on the phone to confirm. They did not ask our flight details which I found disturbing. So while in the Heathrow lounge, I sent an email asking for their cell phone number which I got & also gave them my flight details which they claim they never got, but he replied to the email with the flight info. Our flight was 30 min early & we ended up needing a ride at 5:00 instead of 6:00 as originally booked. I called as soon as we landed & was assured this wouldn't be a problem & that a driver was waiting for us in the cell lot. I called again after going through customs & getting our baggage & things changed. Apparently there was a lot of traffic which was to blame for his being late. Really? As a professional car service, wouldn't they know about traffic?? I couldn't believe he had the nerve to tell me that. In the end, he arrived shortly after 6. I would choose someone who is more reliable and professional next time and who follows our flight details online. If I am paying $130+ for a service, then I expect it. If he didn't have enough information, then ask for it. read more
