Walked in; danced out!…read more A first timer when it comes to vision issues, I booked an appointment at this location as it is nearby to home and work. KISMET! I was very satisfied (nay happy!) with the service I received. I appreciated the effortless onboarding experience that could be done by filling out forms online. Arrived at my appointment slightly early and was attended to right away. The staff here are absolutely delightful, from reception, to the doctors, to the eye bar specialist. My interactions were bubbly and pleasant. Dr. Reynon carefully listened to my concerns during the exam and addressed all my questions expertly. I especially appreciated a concern he raised during my exam, and the team worked to get some of his findings to my oncologist for review. Baby's first glasses! As this was my first time getting glasses, I want to give a special shout-out to the kind woman who shepherded me through the whole process. I was told they would be ready in ten days, but they were ready after two! I can't recommend this place enough due to them getting me exactly what I needed. I cannot comment on pricing. I imagine I could have taken my prescription to Walmart for something less expensive, but why would I do that when this office is equipped with the right people delivering the right services and treating them right?

If your household has three people needing eye exams, you'll have to make multiple trips -- very inconvenient and inconsiderate. Even worse, the front desk staff who answer the phone are extremely rude. They interrupt while you're speaking and have even hung up mid-conversation. Completely unprofessional. Not recommended -- especially if you're looking for a clinic that values your time and treats patients with basic courtesy.

A friend recommended Dr. Adam Bryan to me and I am glad he did…read more Dr. Bryan is thorough, patient, and friendly - and best of all, he took time with my appointment. He has a perfectly reasonable, logical explanation for whatever ails you, and he does whatever he can to explain it to you. He also uses technology that - prior to visiting his office - I hadn't seen in other optometrists' offices, like the camera that takes a big, clear photo of the inside of your eye to check for any horrifying abnormalities and to compare the overall state of their health year after year. The rest of the staff was really helpful. An employee that was awesome helped me pick frames and I personally didn't feel any pressure to buy, just helpful suggestions about the shape and color of the frames. There is a reason Carolina Family Vision was voted "Best Eye Doctor" in Holly Springs this year.

I wanted to update my glasses, and my son suggested that I go to Carolina Family vision in Holly…read moreSprings. I went and needed to make an appointment- a week later 4/21/27 i was examined and I was impressed with all the updated machines. I had to wait a few weeks for glasses to be made, which is not unusual. I then went in and tried them on, these were $900 bifocals with all the bells and whistles, but the long-distance view was blurry. I immediately told this to the woman helping me, but she said take them home and get used to them and if they don't get better, bring them back. After a week, I went back and they gave me another exam, and the results were different from the first. After waiting another week or so, I went back again. the new glasses were fine. However, upon leaving, they handed me the old prescription and did not give me the accurate prescription. All was fine until I wanted to get a pair of prescription sunglasses from Costco. I gave them the script from Carolina Vision and waited a week. These sunglasses were for a vacation planned for the beginning of September to see Ireland. Well, when I tried the new sunglasses on , they were blurry. The optometrist at Costco tested my regular glasses and discovered the the script the I was given was the wrong script. so now i have to go on my vacation without the benefit of great sunglasses . Bottom line - Carilina Family vision looks pretty on the outside, the salespeople are professional, but behind the scenes it is a clown show .

I'm new in town and went here for the first time about a week ago…read more First, I was really impressed how bright and cheerful it was inside. They've obviously spent some time considering lighting and it really helps put you in a good mood when you walk in. Dr. White was great! He gave me a bunch of options other than glasses without the resigned tone that some doctors have talking to a person in their 60's. He mentioned aging in a very gracious way, not by saying "at your age..." which really sets me off. As it happened I sent in an old pair of glasses to get new lenses put in. Unfortunately, the frames broke in the lab. I got a text message from Aimee who apologized and said I could come in and pick out replacement frames at no cost. That was very generous and much appreciated. I have a vision plan but by the time you add in all the extra options like protective coatings, the cost can really add up. So it was great to be able to get some new frames without incurring an additional cost. Highly recommended. I really like this practice and you will too.

I easily made my appointment online, and my records and insurance information automatically transferred. Diamond, who did my preliminary exam, was delightful. Dr. Mak was amazing and professional, and took extra time to make sure I knew what was going on with my aging eyes. Mike gave me his honest opinion as I tried on frames, and he helped me choose a pretty, unique pair. He also made sure I got everything out of my insurance that I could. They're taking appropriate COVID19 precautions: screenings, temperature checks, masks (they give you a disposable medical mask to wear, even if you bring your own) and hand sanitizer. Prices on frames/lenses are high, but with insurance, I paid less than what I would at a big box store (including the eye exam), and the service and care were much better!

I will not be returning to this location…read more Dr. Singer and the male tech were great, answered all my questions, and provided excellent care. However, the office manager alone with the front office staff and receptionist, Rebecca, were rude and cold. When I asked questions, they became flustered and seemed put off, as if I was inconveniencing them. I had to point out errors in my insurance benefits, which they didn't seem to want to address. They don't appear to prioritize customer needs and seem more focused on overcharging. The common thread in negative reviews is the location, and I think that's accurate.
