Ethan from Triangle Wildlife Removal did an amazing job! He was one of the few vendors I've dealt with in North Carolina, who was always on time, if not early, and he is extremely well-versed in his trade. I had some unidentified noises coming from my basement ceiling and he was able to determine that it was a mother squirrel and her babies. He also found a lone bat sleeping in my attic, as well as evidence of a raccoon being in there previously. And the day before I found Triangle Wildlife, I had called out a traditional exterminator, who told me that there was zero evidence of even mice on my property yet Ethan showed me a mouse that was caught and recognized mouse droppings in several areas. He taught me some things about the creatures as well (types of noises to watch out for, etc). He was able to safely remove the bat and squirrels and seal up all potential openings for the vermin to get in. He kept to his appointment dates/times for getting all suggested work done and it was done quickly and effectively. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality of materials and work being done. I was also impressed with his process of giving the animals about a week to maneuver themselves out of the house, and then verifying they were gone before sealing up the areas. We found little itty bitty bugs in our downstairs restroom - we had no idea where they came from or why they were only in that bathroom. We called our big man and we're told they were just some type of normal summer bug. I was satisfied with that answer and also knew at some point we had birds that nested in a he bathroom vent. We called Triangle Wildlife Removal - I told them the situation and was told they would come and check if nothing needed to be done no charge and if it did then we would go from there. Once arriving he found the nest as well as bird mites!!! Not "normal" summer bugs found in North Carolina. I was very impressed with the effectiveness and knowledge shown durning the visit. The vents on the side of our home had become a home to a family of birds. He removed the nest, placed a small cage on the damaged vent, and sprayed for the bird mites. I also had him apply cages in the 3 other vents on our home. Before leaving he explained what we needed to do the next few days as well as if we should see any more mites. I thought a little pricey for work and materials used. This is Ben, the gentleman you spoke with at your home regarding the screens being installed over the gable vents. Our price for gable vents screened from the exterior is $150 each big or small. The reason they are the same price is that it's not the materials used, it's the labor and effort is the same for big or small vents. You still have to put a ladder up, measure the vent, go back down and cut out the screening, and then finally go back up and install it. Before I did anything at your home I told you exactly what it would cost and why and you agreed to that price without any issue at the time. I am not sure why the change of heart but if you would like to discuss it further, you can give me a call and I will explain exactly why they are priced the way they are. Truth be told, I didn't charge you a service call because you guys were next door to a job we were already at, so any other person would have been charged $750 for the job performed at your home. read more

Our experience started out good and then it went down hill on the return visit to actually do the main work of guano cleaning and disinfecting. What was said verbally of everything they would do and what was written on paper didn't match. So, we have to pay more! We feel like we've been gotten! And we have, they know it and we know it. This company has been out here three times to treat my ground floor apt. The first two times were for a millipede and fly problem. The third and most recent included the millipedes again, but now includes some recently appearing cockroaches. I do not like bugs in my apt, especially repeat offenders and cockroaches. Their suggestion for the flies: take your trash out more and tighten the gap between your door and the door frame. Seems wasteful to use so many trash bags, but I've done that. They also left some fly traps out. The traps seemed to work the best. I don't leave food out to attract bugs. Their strategy for the millipedes: suggested tightening the door gap and replacing the weather stripping. Sprayed outside the apt. I am already a compulsively clean person. I've repeatedly cleaned my apt, even more than usual, this summer. This time, I did a deep top to bottom cleaning and have taken to regularly using bleach. Since then, I've spotted a few roaches....talk about horrifying. On the third visit, they didn't bother to call me back to notify me that they were coming to spray again. So, I called this afternoon to follow up and greeted with an icy tone. I was told they'd been here this afternoon. Would have been nice to know that! Good customer service includes communicating when/how you're going to treat. I asked what the method was this time. They said they sprayed outside again. I asked if that was the best approach considering they've done that twice within the past month. He said that's how they do things. I asked if it would be more efficient to use a different product, since perhaps since this one was not working well enough. He was very irritable and unfriendly, insisting that all companies use the same approach. I told him he wasn't answering my question and I was concerned about the efficacy of this spray. He didn't seem to appreciate my questioning their approach. I would NOT recommend this company. They're unfriendly, not very good at communicating, and seem to only stick with one product/strategy. read more

UPDATE: I have to edit this review after my latest experience with them. Unfortunately, 6 stars isn't available so I'll have to keep it at 5. After sealing the entry points we discovered the mice were walking straight through the doggie door!. As much as I hated to do it, I had to get the population under control so I put out some enclosed traps that were supposed to be instant kill. To my horror, I discovered one mouse had gotten stuck in the trap...tail moving & squeaking. I made a frantic call and the owner Tad picked up. I was hysterical on the phone....as much as I don't like mice in my house, I do not want to see any animal suffer. He was 1/2 hour away and came right over at no charge to rescue and release the mouse. Since it was a bit injured he didn't release it right away. A few days later I got a call from Tad letting me know that while under his care, the mouse had 6 babies! No wonder she got stuck. He is now set to release all seven mice....luckily far, far away from my house! This is my second time using this company. The first time I used them to humanely trap and release flying squirrels that were up in my attic. They came by everyday for a week so I met at least 3 different employees during that time. All were extremely professional and polite. The second time was yesterday when I called about mice in the kitchen. They answered the phone immediately (no recording!) and within an hour Justin was at my door. Again, very respectful and polite, and took care of the problem on the spot at a very reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend this company for critters and any other pest control needs as they are extremely reliable and honest. read more

We had a difficult situation at our house. A bird came in a vent , built her nest and laid her eggs close to the vent in our bathroom. After hearing the birds chirping we called Triangle Wildlife Removal to take out the nest and birds. Matt came out and removed both! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and I had many!! He was very professional and made suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again. I used Triangle Wildlife to do a couple things for me: White sheet metal over squirrel holes, wire mesh over chimney opening, screen over gable to keep out bats. Overall, I was very pleased with their work and thought their rates were reasonable. I had seen their truck in my neighborhood and just stopped by and talked with them while they were doing work on a neighbor's house. But if you have critter problems, or damage to your home as a result of critters finding access into your home, then these guys likely have a solution. Derek Cline did the work on my home.
