I had some unidentified noises coming from my basement ceiling and he was able to determine that it was a mother squirrel and her babies. He also found a lone bat sleeping in my attic, as well as evidence of a raccoon being in there previously. And the day before I found Triangle Wildlife, I had called out a traditional exterminator, who told me that there was zero evidence of even mice on my property yet Ethan showed me a mouse that was caught and recognized mouse droppings in several areas. He taught me some things about the creatures as well (types of noises to watch out for, etc). He was able to safely remove the bat and squirrels and seal up all potential openings for the vermin to get in. He kept to his appointment dates/times for getting all suggested work done and it was done quickly and effectively. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality of materials and work being done. I was also impressed with his process of giving the animals about a week to maneuver themselves out of the house, and then verifying they were gone before sealing up the areas. And he kept me informed each step of the way. I hope you never need this type of service, but if you do, I recommend Triangle 100%!

I tried every number including the WhatsApp contact and the email. I even entered a request through the email like a new client and still no return response. Product wise I would be very highly and very kind, but I find the lack of response to be highly unprofessional in the service overall unreliable.

Very professional, fairly quick to respond, and super easy to work with. They have come on an annual basis, since the initial treatment. Let me backtrack a little bit, we called them in a panic after another company came and treated. I found mud tubes less than 20 hours later. CPS came out the following day did a temp treatment and then scheduled us. CPS trenched around our house and have returned yearly to inspect. No termites noticed since. I will be a customer as long as I'm still in the area.

I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something.
