We order from Triano's almost once a week. They're pizza and other menu items are always good but tonight's pizza was GREAT. I think it was the best pizza I've ever had from them. What I find interesting is that Triano's was not as busy pre COVID-19. I'm all for supporting local business during this time so I ordered a couple beef sandwiches the other day. Their pizzas fluctuate between 4 & 5 stars, but when they hit 5, they're great! Calzones are awesome! I recently tried their breaded steak, & it was pretty good! Tenderizing is key. I need to try it on garlic bread next time. My complements to the french fries; it is nice to get a real potato-type fry! If crisper, they would be perfect. I haven't tried the pizza, but can tell you the Italian ice is delicious! The mango flavor is my favorite, but strawberry is a close second.

First visit, love it! Pizza slices are huge, really only need one. But I wanted to try the sausage and cheese, thus two slices. Brother had the pepperoni slice, said it was the best pepperoni ever. The Italian Ice is also very good. I ordered a medium half cherry/lemonade. Perfect mix. Their outdoor seating was wonderful on a beautiful day like today. Very friendly service and pizza very good. Loved the sausage and they give you a lot of sausage on the slice. Looking forward to trying the Italian Beef, homemade! Would definitely go back again. Support the local restaurants. They weren't even wearing the masks properly the one that served the pizzas had his mask all the way down only 3 staffs were wearing it right they didn't even have gloves on, they let customers without mask enter and order and touch the counter with no problem. It looked kinda dirty read more

They are probably one of the better places to eat in the area as far as pizzas and beefs go. They're good enough that we ate them three nights in a row. Their thin crust pizza is good; they definitely hold up as possibly one of the best pizzas in Chicago. Super fresh veggies and the mushrooms they use are delicious. Their stuffed is okay. Their beef are really good too. If you get the "standard" they only dip the meat and inside of the bread and then they give the options of hot or sweet peppers. During my time in the area, I always enjoyed their pizza and that love was rekindled recently when I ordered after years of deprivation. Hungry and on our way home from the city, we found Triano's Pizza still open after so many other restaurants were already closed. We apologetically asked if we could still order a pizza at 10 p.m. with their closing time being in a 1/2 hour. I just wanted to note this to Triano's and others - I was very impressed by the young woman taking our order and also the kitchen staff. Went to eat pizza there and was disgusted at how the manager speaks to the other employees. The fact that this individual was yelling at one of the workers in front of paying customers was completely unprofessional and disgusting to me. I love coming to this place, but refuse to come here due to this. People make mistakes and should be able to have an opportunity to learn from them instead of get shamed. I have only had their pizza in the past (which is very good).. This time we tried their Meatball Sandwich, Italian Beef Sandwich, and Italian Ice. (They have a full menu, not just pizza. Sandwiches, salads, pasta, etc..). The Meatball Sandwich was delicious! Red sauce was perfect, bread was super fresh. Meatballs were seasoned well. Italian Beef was also delicious. The only suggestion I would have is that they cook their green peppers a little longer and season them up a bit. But, unlike some places, peppers were fresh and not from a can or jar, so I give them credit for that! Italian Ice was very good and reasonably priced. We had the Blue Raspberry which was surprisingly very good. Definitely stop by Triano's if you are in the neighborhood. Great for takeout or delivery. They do have a counter and stools if you wanted to eat in. read more

If I could give these people less than one star I would. After a long day at work I ordered a pizza. They say about an hour. Forty-five minutes later they call and say they have the wrong address and it will be ten more minutes. I go outside to wait - after 15 minutes I come in and have a voice mail that I am too far and they are too busy to get me my pizza. That might be the worst customer service ever. I have found my pizza soul mate finally! I have lived in this neighborhood for years, and never thought to try Triano's Pizza until Uber started to deliver. OMG, all others are forsaken. The thin crust is yummy, the sausage is fresh and REAL.....but it's the sauce that hooked me. I usually get extra sauce, but that's just me. The one thing I appreciate the most is the professional, fast and friendly service. One time, just once, my pizza was a bit over cooked, so I was going to just let it go. I decided just to give them a call anyway to let them know. AWESOME customer service!!!! They were at my door ASAP with a fresh new pizza. I was then doubly hooked. When I disputed the charge they went to say I gave them a $10 tip. It's not even about the extra charge it's about the fact we trusted them because they are a neighborhood business.
