First time ordering from Triano's a couple days ago. AMAZING FOOD!! I had their beef sandwich and I definitely recommend. I also want to point out the amazing customer service I received. I believe her name was Gianna. I never see any reviews on employees so this is worth my time. Since it was my first time ordering, she was very patient and explained to me in detail about items I had asked for. Not to mention she was an absolute sweetheart. Really made my day. Great take-out pizza place (save for a handful of barstools and a counter). The best thing is their consistency. Always order mine well done and they never disappoint. I used to be an Obbie's nut for quite some time but switched our weekly pizza dinners to Triano's and haven't been back to Obbie's since. Don't get me wrong, Obbie's is very good, but we just prefer Triano's. Better crust, better cheese (best I've had) and overall just a better tasting pizza. Well the food is awesome and I haven't had it since I was younger so I decided too go in today and grab a slice. I'm giving it one star because the girl making the pizzas and other food items is saying out loud that she woke up really sick and then I see her wiping her nose all over her shirt. I adore this little pizza joint. It does not flatter much from the outside as it kind of looks like a hole in the wall but the pizza makes up for that. I've tried a few other sside establishments that I will leave unmentioned but this one is by far the best. The sauce is what does it for me. Triano's is a little slice of pizza heaven nestled on Archer Ave. I always get my own small pizza with all my goodies on it, and the rest of my family gets the normal cheese & pepperoni pizza & we all love it. Always piping hot when it is delievered and always tastes awesome. My bf and I have tried the chicken & shrimp dinners as well. The chicken was a little dry but the shrimp wasn't to bad, jumbo shrimp and quite yummy. The fries they include were a little greasy, but what do you expect? The coleslaw & french bread though was fantastic. Def. an all around great place. I'm giving it an extra star because the delivery guy always does a awesome job when he delivers to us! read more

THIS place is getting worse and worse. First, there pizza is at most just basic, the sweet sauce is the only thing you really notice nowadays. The spaghetti and meatballs are subpar. The sauce is runny like water and the meatballs are on the hard side with hardly any flavor. And lastly, there awards winning beefs are painfully bad. The beef comes dried out, even though wet is requested, no flavor at all, and the bread seems two days old, not fresh at all. Time to go elsewhere for all of the above, and I kick myself to know portillos is a few blocks away along with much better pizza. Damn!! Getting bad at Trianos!!! read more

We love Triano's! After seeing them on channel 7's Hungry Hound last week decided we had to try their beef sandwiches again yesterday. Had them a few years ago and they were just ok. But now they are delicious.....forget about going to Portillos...support your local family run Triano's. They make their own Italian beef and it is very good. We've been ordering their pizza for years and it's also very very good. In fact it was named one of the top 25 pizzas by the Chicago Tribune. I think they make their own sausage that they use on the pizza as well. You can get a slice or the whole pie. They added more sandwiches and pastas to their menu and also have a daily special. I have lived in the Garfield Ridge area since 1997 and Triano's was one of my first pizza places to try their pizza is very good in terms of service I have never had any problems and for about a year or two my firends and I were ordering from here every other weekend. Also that cheesy garlic bread is to die for! read more

Extremely terrible service. I actually did like the pizza and was happy we found a place we liked close to our new home. Unfortunately we wont be returning after tonight. Ordered a medium pizza and 6 wings for pick up. They said 30 mins it would be ready, I arrived at 45 mins because the last time we ordered I ended up waiting 25 mins longer. When I arrived I was told it still wasn't ready. I sat down and waited patiently for another whopping 30 minutes!!! And when they finally said it was ready they grabbed the pizza that had been sitting to the side getting cold the whole time i was sitting there waiting. So clearly the pizza was ready the whole time but they must have been making the wings. When I got angry and exclaimed I was upset that my pizza had been sitting there getting cold the whole time they offered no sort of compensation or apology. I had their cheese pizza well done and it was really good! I like that it's not too thin. I also had their cheese sticks and those were good also. I work at Lou Malnati's and I think Triano's thin crust is better than Lou's thin crust. Also, Triano's delivers to my home, which is a plus because no one delivers where I live. read more

Single slice can be bigger. Biggest waste of three dollars I've ever spent on food.

If there was an option for no stars, that's what I would have given them. We stopped in and ordered a pizza, were given a 25 min wait time and waited. And waited and waited. After 40 min. we were told only a few more min. Ten min. later we asked again and were told 9 more minutes. We asked for a refund. we were told that she would talk to the manager. She came back and gave me a refund. minus a cup of Italian ice which i had consumed. The Italian ice was fair but no Taylor street. She told several other people it would be awhile for there orders that they might want to go out and do something. Do what? It may be the greatest pizza in the world but I'll never know. read more

Very dissappointing! Had an extra thin crust with sausage, mushrooms and onions. The crust was like cardboard and looked like it came pre-made (not homemade). The cheese was like eating rubber; very few onions/mushrooms. The sauce had too much tomato paste. The only positive was the sausage. What happened...this place use to have great pizza??!! read more

Had the pizza special this week. The pizza was great as usual & the fries are sooooo good. Not crispy but regular great fries and comes with a drink. Very reasonably priced too. The service is always great here too. Very polite and nice. I will definitely come back here again! read more
