Space is smaller inside compared to its Glenview location. Also menu is limited compared to other locations due to fryer limitations. Service was great. I did not get my server name but he was kind and super helpful. Freindly service i will give it 10/5. He also helped me to find my lost hat. Corn chowder soup- 4/5 - warm soup perfect for winter. Satay skewers - 4/5 - meaty but little dry and lack seasoning for me. Adding sauce and chili oil helps. Alfredo Fetachuni with ham - 3/5 - lacks seasoning and do not match 2 original taste. I also did not like ham Ban Mi Sandwitch- 4/5 - good taste, meat on sweeter sauce.

This food is delicious! I am not vegan, but was interested in something healthy for dinner and was intrigued. The food is delicious here! I shared the dumplings and had the curry, which was very slightly spiced, and very squash forward. I tried a bite of my friend's Bahn Mi and loved it- the "meat" was a very realistic texture and wonderful flavor. The bread was also very crusty. Our server was very knowledgeable and for a weeknight the place was busy! I will be coming again.

My spam sandwich. Chewy fresh bun. Crunchy salad toppings. And crispy spam slabs- sooo good.

Wow! What a delicious spot for lunch. We stopped in and were starving....been at the auto shop for hours. The server, Nash, was possibly the friendliest server we have ever had. The guy is really funny, efficient and knows his menu. We got the skewers with peanut sauce- yum! And the dumplings- fried. Both fantastic. Then we got the BLT and the spam sandwich. Both of us ate everything! Big portions but we were hungry. Nash made the experience a joy. We will be back and hope it's when Nash is working.

The restaurant is small and quaint and was full on Saturday night. Luckily, a party was just leaving, so we were able to be seated. Everything is vegan, and we decided to try the dumplings, corn chowder soup, and mango lassi. Everything was fresh which was great. However, the pan-fried dumplings were just so-so; they had an off-flavor that might've been the char or a bitter ingredient. The corn chowder soup was very flavorful and the corn bread was delicious. The mango lassi was also excellent, but probably best to split that between two people. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely a place to try that's out of the ordinary.

We had a wonderful first time visit today. The food was all delicious and we'll be back to try more of the menu. Love having another all plant based restaurant option!

We were there for some Chinese food. They give you complimentary hot tea when you sit down. The service was ok at best. Nice inside not very big but it's clean and has some cozy booth type seats along with open table seating. We ordered some Jumbo shrimp fried rice, Singapore noodles, pad se eew and a sampler appetizer platter. The appetizer platter came with 2 egg rolls, 2 dumplings, 2 bbq ribs, 2 shrimp toast, 2 crab Rangoons & 2 fried shrimp. The egg rolls were fresh and full of meat!! Very crispy and delicious! 7/10 I didn't have the dumplings I don't care for them myself but my wife likes them she gave them a 6.7/0 she said she's had better. The Ribs had a nice bite and flavor to them just a tad tough for me. 6/10 The shrimp toast was my favorite of the appetizers the were crispy not greasy and the shrimp was definitely there. I enjoyed the flavor of them. 8/10 The crab Rangoon however were a disappointment to me. They were definitely missing the green onion and crab! lol. Mostly cream cheese but fried well 4/10. The fried shrimp were ok. Average 5/10 They give you a lot of food for your money! As all the dishes had a great amount of protein in them! They don't skimp on the meat at all. The jumbo shrimp fried rice a great flavor and nice texture. You can taste smokiness in it. 7.5/10 The Singapore Noodles was loaded with shrimp, chicken and bbq pork, egg and veggies. It had a kick to it from the curry very flavorful and the texture of the noodles were spot on! 7.5/10 the pad se eew was also loaded with beef! (You have the option of protein) the beef was very tender, the sauce had a nice spice level and the noodles were perfectly cooked. 8/10 all in all i would definitely recommend checking them out! My bill was a little over $63 and well worth it. I'm definitely returning to them. Remember ALL reviews are SUBJECTIVE

First, I was told they were waiting for a table to open up. Then they were waiting on a cook. Finally, a staff member said the people at our reserved table were still eating and they were waiting for them to get up. When I asked when our table would actually be ready, she laughed, threw her hands up, and said she didn't know. What made the situation even worse was watching other customers walk in and be seated while we continued to wait. From what I observed, Black families were waiting extended periods of time, while White and Mexican customers were seated much more quickly. A party of 15 that arrived well after us was even seated before my group. I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the treatment my family received on my mother's birthday. This would have been her first hibachi experience, and instead it was ruined by poor customer service and what appeared to be unfair treatment. I will never return and would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

The thai ice coffee is made stroong but was pretty good. my husband said it was too sweet. the Vegetable Lo Mein was not bad but the vegetables used seemed really old. the noodles were good but I pretty much took out all the vegetables except for the broccoli. Would recommend getting the lo mein with a different topping. We got takeout. The only complaint I have would be how the drinks were packaged. They put straws in the drinks and put plastic wrap to cover the tops (I assume to stop it from spilling) but I would've preferred putting the straws in myself. They also put the drinks in a brown, paper bag but filled it with ice (to keep the drinks cold I assume, which they were). The ice was melting and I didn't know there was ice in there with the drinks so there was a puddle on my floor and I spilled the melted ice water on myself when I lifted the bag. It wasn't a huge deal but thought I would mention in case anyone plans to buy drinks for takeout.

Honestly, you will be better off going to an Asian market like H-Mart and buying frozen dim sum and making it at home . . . or maybe that is exactly what they actually serve here. The dim sum here is very small in size and lack flavor. Sui mais are usually pork and shrimp wrapped dumplings. These were small and filled with mushy shrimp. The bean curd roll had no flavor and was smaller than a cannoli. What they serve is outrageous and an insult to anyone who has had "real" dim sum. The sticky rice actually had some flavor with minimal savory filling and was the only thing passable on the menu. If you are desperate in having dim sum, I guess Sweet Dim Sum would fit the bill. Definitely, lower your expectations though on the quality and quantity of their dim sum. Sorry, but if I ever go back, it would be just to order their signature drinks. No, but Chinatown isn't that far of a drive, so it is disappointing that this Oak Park alternative wouldn't qualify as decent. When we walked in, there was a case of Mille crepe cakes, which looked homemade but didn't look very appetizing as they looked like pancakes stacked on and filled with whipped cream. We opted to try bubble teas and some savory dim sum. The cost of the soup dumplings was so astronomical that I could not justify purchasing four dumplings for $13.50. Also considering you can get a giant bag from Costco for that same price and it probably tastes better. The shrimp and chives cakes were honestly the best and they were just okay. The rice crepes were so bad. You can tell they were previously frozen and put into the microwave because it was falling apart. The shrimp was colorless. The veggie one we got was inedible; we sent it back. They wanted to make it right and gave us complementary mochi donuts. It was a nice gesture that we appreciated. We still ended up going to Katy's across the street because we did not feel like we had a sufficient dinner. There are no sauces here. If you ask, they'll give you the tiniest amount of sauce. There are also no chopsticks. Unless things really turn around, I'm inclined to save my money here and make the short trip to Chinatown.

The place is big enough for a group but not too many though. It's about $5 for a pint. Some of the best prices for a craft brewery it seems. Best one we had was the Pale Ale.
