The food was great and I love eating this type of chicken. It tastes very fresh and not as processed as other chains that sell chicken. Sauce is great but they could've given more. I liked the yellow rice and it was very flavorful. Staff was also kind and was helpful when I asked for takeout. I told them I needed to get my food a bit sooner and they were very helpful. I was the first customer in that day and they told me the white meat would take too long but they could replace it with dark meat which I appreciated. My reason for rating this 3/5 despite all of that is just that for $23 I didn't get much food. I got two legs with dark meat and a very small container of rice. I expected more rice for $23 and the two chicken legs weren't particularly filling either. For $23 I definitely expect more food. Like I mentioned before, I love this type of chicken but it's hard to justify the costs when chicken is so cheap at any supermarket you go to. The white sauce was delicious and creamy, and the red sauce was hot and flavorful. I got takeout so I can't comment too much on the atmosphere but the interior is fancy and looked very clean. We visited this place when it had a soft opening and both my teenage boys were waiting for it to open. They really enjoyed the food and the quality and quantity was pretty good. We visited again today and they are officially open with a full menu. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This time round we ordered a regular yuca fries and a large one to go alongside some tenders. We were so disappointed to see the regular side of yuca barely had 4 pieces and the large wasn't any better maybe 5-6 especially at the price point they ask for. Also the peri peri seasoning was barley used. When we did a takeout at their soft opening they filled the plate and the to go large yuca was filled and fried properly with proper seasoning.
