Cadillac Jack burger is great - some claim that you'll need a roll of Tums afterwards but they're just sissies. Key things to order... Coconut Shrimp, Hot/Medium Wings, Cold Slaw (and get some fries to dip in), Buffalo Chicken Tender Sandwich or Wrap, Roy Rodgers Chicken Tender Wrap, or the Fried Clam Sandwich. They also have this really good chicken dish with a salsa/corn type topping that's off the menu. Ask about it but they probably won't remember unless you say the exact name... I'll have to remember and repost because it was really good. Warning again, don't go here if you're in a rush. The wait can be really long for both a table and to receive your food but it's really worth it in the end. I wish I could have tasted the food it smelled so good when my boyfriend and I came in. But after ordering our drinks and waiting over 30 minutes for our jalapeno popper appetizer that never came, we paid the bartender for the beer and walked out. Must of been our waiter because a couple sat next to us 5 mins later had their burger and left before we decided we weren't waiting anymore. Don't go out of your way for this one. It started out with a decent salad, but downhill with the crab cake. Crab? All filler. Corn veggie was not edible. Rice and beans had no particular flavor. The service here has always been terrible but the food is really good so I always wind up giving it another chance. The last two times have changed my mind permanently. I ordered takeout and they told me 45 minutes which was a lot but knowing how poorly run this place is I said okay. When I got there to pick it up it took another 20-25 minutes to be done. I stayed away for a while after that but decided to give it a chance tonight. After waiting for 45 minutes the busboy, not even the waiter, came over and told my party that there was a "computer glitch" and our food would be right out. After multiple people who came in after us got their orders BEFORE we did we had to leave. If there was really a computer problem and our order got lost it should have been moved to the first order since we had been sitting there for over an hour at that point. Our order got put in like we just walked in and was at the bottom of the list. The waiter never came over to us to apologize he made the busboy do it. And the useless manager did nothing even after seeing we were upset. The busboy then asked us if we wanted it to go! I can't even get my food while I'm sitting there and you think I'm going to wait more for food to go? After hearing great things about this place, we were so excited to try it. As we first walked in, I was a bit surprised at how small it is...very cramped and crowded. It is also very dark, so much so that I needed the flashlight on my phone to see the menu. The menu, we thought, offered a nice selection of burgers, po-boys, salads, sandwiches, wraps, fries, and other starters. After we placed our order, the waitress quickly brought out our drink order an then proceeded to knock one of the glasses over, spilling an entire glass of soda into my daughter's lap. Her pants were soaked and her coat, purse, and phone were also wet and sticky. We accepted her casual apology and hoped the experience would improve. But, our food came and we found is was only satisfactory. Decent burgers but, not the best. The sweet potato fries with the maple dipping sauce were VERY good, resulting in the second star for this review. There was nothing else spectacular about our meal and certainly not our service. Waiting for the check was another 20 minute wait. We never did receive the pickles Tricia's is supposedly known for and more over we never received any compensation for the fact that my daughter left the restaurant still drenched from the soda our server had dropped in her lap. Mediocre food, horrible customer service. Babylon is filled with lots of great restaurants. Choose another, pass this one by. read more

I recently moved back to Babylon a few weeks ago after ten years in Florida and was happy to see that Tricias Cafe was still open. With a wide variety of great food (I had the Burger and shrimp combo for lunch on Wednesday; WHAT A DEAL!!) and a warm family atmosphere. Tricia's is a great place to go for a casual atmosphere and great food. The crawfish po-boy is my favorite. And you can't beat the burger and shrimp combo for 10$. All of the food is fresh and homemade. If you're looking for a beer and some Cajun food, you can't beat it. read more

My husband and I love this place. We go at least once a week. The food is great. They make the best wings we have found on Long Island. The Cadillac jack burger is great. Their veggie quesadilla is awesome. The staff are all friendly and give great attention and service. Sometimes there is a wait but the food is really worth it. The prices are extremely reasonable. I heard the food was good and I wanted to try it out. Tricia's is located in the heart of Main Street in a little strip mall next to a laundromat. A large bar greets you when you enter. There are a few tables and booths this is a very small space with a beachy home style feel. The coconut shrimp ,bourbon wings ,crab soup and Po boy sandwiches are to die for. After ordering and tasting my food I quickly placed an order to go also. I have been here a number of times. Service seems to be much better than in the past. The place is small, expect a wait for a table. Sushi tuna tacos are incredible. What can I say about the burgers that hasn't already been said? It is one of the best anywhere! Try the Chipotle Caesar salad. Tried this place for lunch with my wife. Ordered a cheese burger cooked medium. Wife ordered beef tacos. Only one other table occupied in the place. Waited 35 minutes for our food. Burger was well done, dry and flavorless (although the bun was good). Wife's tacos were inedible. So people are correct when they say the food is good and inexpensive. But the place is dirty and the service is TERRIBLE. The waiters are outside smoking ciggerettes or on their phones more than they are actually servicing tables. The pickle bowl they give out would be a great idea if they did not re-use the pickles. My pickle bowl had a half eaten pickle on the bottom-whoops guess they didn't realize it. I can never go back. Been wanting to sample this place for some time but just never worked it through. Tonite I finally made it and I am very glad I did. The place is small and has a loud buzz. But the buzz is just happy people knocking down some really good food. So if your looking for a quiet romantic spot this is not it. I really started getting psyched watching the food coming out to the various tables . Everything looked super good and when I finally got mine it really was excellent. Started with some wings and potatoe skins. Both appetizers were outstanding. Fresh and delicious. Not standard fare at all. The potatoe skins were out of this world and prepared unlike anyt skins i have ever had. II opted for a burger and the others with me had the fish and chips and a shrimp po boy. Everything came out fantastic. The menu is extensive and I will be a regular at this place, as there are many items on the menu I intend to sample,. This s family owned and operated establishment, in business since 1997 and the food prep was outstanding. As for the complainers on yelp regarding service issues and slow food delivery I don't get it. Good fresh food take a little time to prepare so have patience and enjoy.
