We LOVE Tuscan Nail Spa, there's no reason to ever go anywhere else. They have always taken care of me, my daughter, and my husband to give us exactly what we're requesting. We went in for pedicures as a walk in. I realize people with appointments get priority but 2 women came in after us as walk in's (we heard them say they didn't have an appointment) Those two women received services before we did and we sat in our chairs for 15 minutes which was frustrating since we came in first. We asked for a shellac and they hurried through the whole process. We were done in 20 minutes which baffles my mind. When we went to pay and they overcharged me by $10 but I didn't realize till we left and I looked at my receipt. The quality of work was so so as my nails smugged while we were still there and they didn't fix it even though I asked them too. Won't be going there ever again. read more

I really gave this place a chance I came plenty of times one of the techs is super sweet but I think their materials are just cheap,here is a picture of my nails just week later. I've given this place sooo many chances! While I love the service, I feel like the materials and polish they use are sub-par. I get a gel manicure...which should at least make it to two weeks! Within 6 days the polish peels. EVERY TIME! No matter the color; it starts to peel. Is that what I pay $30+ for? I've been getting gel manicures since I was 20 years old; so I know this is not normal. They need to use better quality products that last longer. The only saving grace is they do a descent pedi. I went in last weekend to get a full set of acrylic, square, with clear polish . They charged me $50 for a full set of acrylic with clear polish. I felt that was a bit extreme. I tried this new place and am so disappointed. The person doing my hands did a good job but Kathy, the lady doing my feet couldn't find the right color to match my hands. So finally, I suggested clear . I couldn't see in the light but after I left I noticed my toes looked like they have stained polish all around the nail beds. It wasn't worth it and I would never recommend this place to anyone. A big disappointment. Even my hubby who usually doesn't notice things like that asked me if I got my feet done, too. Had they told me from the onset that they couldn't match my fingers I would've picked a different polish . It's clean of what I can see. I'm a hairstylist and personally keep a watchful eye of dirty, unsanitary salons. But I was impressed. I did get there at exactly 9, which is when they open and did not have an appointment scheduled. I did have to wait about twenty minutes to get started, but I'm ok with that. Since I was a walk in. I think my nail tech was named Annie? There was a language barrier but I'm used to that. So other than our silence it was great I showed her a picture of the shape of nail I wanted, since she didn't understand almond, and I felt her description of oval would be too round and she delivered beautifully. I HATE too thick of nails but didn't say that because I think that has too do with skill level. But mine are very thin and none are crooked. So I think that's a success! read more

Took me this long to write a review. I visited this place for a mani-pedi. They were so difficult to understand. Enjoyed the foot spa. Got to my nails and just basically wanted to clean them up, but then decided to get some fake ones instead. God forbid if one changes their minds. The next thing I heard was yelling in another language and they all gave me this dirty look. I knew they were talking bad about me and that's one of the main reasons I don't visit nail salons. It's like that Seinfeld episode where Elaine goes to a nail salon and they start bad-mouthing her. I really wanted to tell them that if they want to speak bad about me then to do it in English instead of being cowards and speaking in their native language. Never again would I go here or anywhere else unless they are English-speaking. They can be angry all they want with this review, but it's what I experienced. read more

Exploring this side of town and wanted to find a new nail place to frequent. Located in a newer shopping center with vacancies. Not shabby looking. I have to say in the 2 hours I was in there (had to redo some nails), there were 3 men that came in for full service spa pedicures. Without their women counterparts. This side of town is THAT kind of atmosphere apparently. The women do good work in terms of cleaning and paying attention to detail in polish application, but somehow I didn't get any type of hand massage with my Gel/Shellac mani. To be fair, I was in the pedi chair while another lady started on my hands, but I don't think that means I don't get a massage. Now I'm stuck between this place and my other nail place who does a decent polish job with excellent massages. Why can't I get both?! Edit: got a massage. Plus 1 star. read more

Yelp said they closed at 8, so I called them on my way over right at 7 and they said they closed at 7, but after checking with the nail tech, told me to come on. When I got there, the sign on the door said they close at 7:30...so I'm not really sure their actual closing time. At any rate, they did an adequate job and were pleasant enough. I could've used more massage time (I got the second most expensive pedicure, so I would've expected more than 5 min), but that could've been because they were closing. Overpriced, pushy and worse manicure ever. My shellac lasted less than 2 weeks before peeling. I removed all the xolor, only to have my nails become so thin and frail, 7 have broken, most at the nail line. Pedicure lasted ok. Brow wax was good. It was my first and last time there. This review is for the hair salon side of the store and not the nail spa. I have always had mixed feelings about Heidi's Hair Salon, but, unfortunately, after this last visit I won't be going back. At least not anytime soon. I have gone to get my hair colored here approximately 6-8 times over the past two years, and the majority of these times the ladies have been nice, but not overly nice, just "nice enough". I had one hairstylist who actually tried to get me to buy some anti-aging product she was selling the ENTIRE time I was sitting in her chair! Hey, I'd be happy to deal with that IF I got out of her chair and absolutely loved what she did with my hair, but I didn't. :( In fact, I have "never" left their salon satisfied because they fail to color my hair the way that I've specified, even when I've brought pictures with me of how I want it colored, which is super frustrating. Really they deserve only two stars, BUT their prices are very competitive and the store owner Heidi, is very, VERY nice. That being said, IF you schedule your appointment with Heidi and IF she listens verrrry, verrrry carefully, you should leave happy and without regrets. read more

After being seated for your pedicure or manicure you will be offered wine, soda, or water. Each nail technician genuinely cares about their customers. They always help me choose colors and test it before continuing. The price is very reasonable! A deluxe pedicure is around $40. If you want a unique nail design- no problem! The technicians here are very talented and will work with your nail ideas. I do not have any complaints about this place. You can make an appointment or walk in. I have never had to wait for service. Special tip: if you like a firm foot massage ask for Doug! Doug provides a very firm foot massage that I guarantee will relax you. read more

This salon is under new management, as of July 1, 2017, and the two new partners were my nail techs at another salon. They are so good I followed them even though it's a longer drive for me. They have great plans for the salon and are already taking steps to improve things. They have high standards and will demand the same from the other techs. It's small but very nice. Great massage chairs, they offer refreshments: soda, wine, champagne and do a great job on my nails. I've been using these great ladies for several years and highly recommend this place. read more

For 40 dollars I got the best pedicure in my life! I got the deluxe which includes hot wax, more massaging with sea salt, and other stuff that can be just summarized as WONDERFUL foot moment. I haven't had my feet treated this nice in forever (unless you don't count walking on white sandy beaches) for natural exfoliant! I wish they're closer to Dallas. CAUTION! I went in just for a fill. New to the area and trying to find a nail salon I am comfortable with...this on is not it! Most salons charge $16-$20 for a fill; $25 for two-color fill. I requesting a pink fill only and was charge $30. When I question the amount I was told there is a charge for the cuticles and the gel coating....neither one i asked for. Previous comments on the cleanliness of the facility, I would disagree on that. This place is not for me...Will not return! There are too may other salons to choose from to settle for someone who charges for every little thing without warning! read more
