He hit me, threw me into a concrete wall, put his hands all over my body ripping at my skin, and chased me up a flight of stairs... I was bleeding from multiple areas. This is a premeditated assault. Violence.. There has been no apology from structure properties, no explanation for his behavior. Why do I have to explain to human adults that unlawful violence is bad?

While we didn't get it we were able to use the same application for another unit in the panhandle within a month. Finally, we found a unit near USF and talked with Jackie and Liz about our interest in it. They prefer email, so it was hard to find someone to call. However, once things got kicked off they were prompt and responsive with email correspondence. The onboarding process was straightforward, and they were clear about the initial deposits, rent, commission and scope of their business. Often tenants feel like an afterthought once the lease is signed but not with Progressive. I always feel heard and valued. Their portal is easy to navigate for rent payment, lease signing, and maintenance requests. They always send the best vendors to make repairs. When direct communication is necessary, my property manager is readily available via email or phone. I've even communicated with the owner who clearly appreciates her tenants as much as her property owners as clients. My family is very happy to work with Progressive.

Everything moved so fast, from the moment we got off the call, things just started happened, photographers showed up and took professional pictures (after we had the place cleaned) and made a map layout of the property (got the files the that same evening). By the next morning, our home was already listed and advertised (i think it was 22 outlets that RentWise marketed the home to). Within 48 hours we had ~30 contacts. RentWise showed the home to 5 lovely couples/families that weekend and 3 qualified applicants for us to chose from a couple days after. All-in all, the process took a little over a week. I cannot believe how fast we got qualified applicants and a lease executed. They are worth every penny (it probably would've taken me a month) not to mention they got us 10% more than the top end of my expectation.
