The templating was scheduled quickly and done expertly by Nils using a laser. On installation day Moses and Junior were very professional and did a beautiful job with the demo and installation - cleaning up the work area and wiping down the newly installed quartz countertops thoroughly before leaving. We were also provided with recommendations for caring for our new countertops. NC Countertops was highly recommended to us by good friends and we could not be more pleased with our new kitchen!

The one star is bc they did technically install half the of the job they said they would. Half of the job was left incomplete and the company has become unresponsive. Our house was left an absolute mess from the installer. They in now way clean up after their work. My appointment was scheduled the then rescheduled. No one showed up on install day. I had to follow up and ask where they were only to be told they would be there the next day. That is where they competed a pretty poor job of half the services. They also lie to their customers. They say their peoples truck broke down etc and I believed it. Only to accidentally get a text meant for another clients saying the truck was broken down and they would be late. All while the truck was at my house, working fine, just not completing a job in full. This company has done nothing to make things right for my family. They have ghosted us taking our money and leaving us high and dry. Their communication is a 1 at best. This is the only company out of an entire house renovation I would NOT use again. Run. I'd done a lot of research into replacement windows -- what to ask when interviewing companies, what a quality installation looks like, which windows are the best quality. I'd been saving up for eight years for this because I wanted quality -- and it isn't always the name brands you know that are the best. I chose this company for these reasons: 1) Reputation. The company has been around since 1961 so they aren't going anywhere. 2) I researched the brand and type of window they install to verify quality and these were recommended by more than one person. 3) I asked about the install itself -- who measures, to what detail do they measure, type of caulk, how they insulate. And they never once treated me like "the clueless little woman." The rep respected that I did this due diligence and even gave me MORE information about their installation process, which I double checked, and yes, it is above and beyond. 4) The payment plan was simply unbeatable. 5) They gave me a DETAILED quote AND personal references. Other companies I spoke with did not. Communication was impeccable. It was a wait of a few months, but they kept in touch. Installation took only 3 days for 19 windows and 4 entry doors. These guys work FAST, without sacrificing attention to detail. When we had a mishap with one of my cats escaping the "safe space" they worked with me until I could corral him into another safe space. The crew chief, Chris Riley, is personable and managed the job well. The work site was left CLEAN. The full screens I asked for were installed later, and they're great. I had many windows that hadn't been opened for years because of being painted shut, nor had they been cleaned well. Now I can clean my own windows, the draftiness is gone and I am comfortable because that this company stands by its work. I am an anxious person. This was the biggest job I've ever had done where I didn't already know the person doing the work. They dealt with my anxiety beautifully and kindly. I have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so.

I have to say that by far Barron is the absolute best contractor that I have ever had work for me. This was no small job. It required stripping back to the studs in places. Rebuilding support under shower floor and stripping floor to subfloor. Francisco is a master craftsman in everything that he does whether it is installation of tile, replacing wallboard, carpentry or painting. He is an absolute artist creating niches and benches in the shower and creating exact shower size that we wanted not dependent on pre made pans and products that other contractors were proposing in their bids. Selena is the designer and communicator of the team and she kept us constantly informed on everything about the project. She was the most responsive of any contractor we have ever worked with. She also helped in the design aspects always finding exactly what we wanted and striving to save us money whenever possible. The end result far exceeded our expectations at a very fair price.
