Then the owner or manager ( a rude asian man) handed me the old pizza just cut up. I got my money back because that's wild. He also put that old pizza back. Trimana is a convenient small deli shop in Union Station. They offer breakfast and coffee items. I ordered a small coffee (Cafe de Olla) and it cost $2.50 bucks. Service was on point. Staff was competent. Overall, it's a decent coffee shop. read more

This is a quick convenient store in LA's Union Station. Starbucks is across the way but if you don't want to wait in the line at Starbucks you can grab a cup of coffee here. I've also picked up one of their egg, bacon and bagel sandwiches which are pretty good. Since the Amtrak train cafe car takes a while to open up after boarding the train to Santa Barbara, the bagel sandwich will hold me over until then. read more

I've never had an issue with this market within Union Station. I just heard about a new-age vending machine that wants to advertise itself as a convenience store within Union Station, so I had to come and show love to Trimana Market. Ready to eat hot food, coffee, and many options for snacks and quick-needed medication, travel supplies and more. Convenient and as good as it gets, for a market within the busiest transit center in Los Angeles. I would hate to see a place like this get phased out by these new technologies. I rather support the living people with bills and mouths to feed. You guys are awesome, and I don't doubt you deal with plenty of craziness within Union Station. A machine could never replicate the realness of true human interaction and food preparation. You don't have a lot of choices for snacks, drinks to grab while you're on the go inside Union Station. Trimana is your convenience store, I used to like the store that was in that spot previous (Famima) there for its selection, more international,a tad fancy. But Trimana is fine, it has the widest potato chip selection in a mile or so, various drinks, pre-packaged salads, sandwiches, etc. I've seen a better selection, but I've seen worse in the same time. So, if you're looking for a snack to bring on the train, you'll find something decent here. The place can be a bit busy, buy they'll get you in and out fast! read more

The prices here are very reasonable compared to airports and other venues. I got a breakfast burrito for about $7. It was wrapped in foil so even an hour later it was piping hot when I ate the other 1/2 of my burrito. The salsa was good as was the burrito. Would order again. This is a 7-Eleven style convenience store in the train station. I wanted two bottles of water, and this place had a sale going on that made the prices not ridiculous. Had the sale not been happening, I would've been pissed. Yes, they are cheaper than any of the other food spots here and have a bigger selection of things you might need on a long train ride, so they get a 3. Trimana is one of the stores in the Union Stations and they have a variety of food and snacks. Although the prices are expensive it is nice to have a place to buy fresh water on my way to work. The good thing is that they keep the place very clean and everything organized daily. The bad part is that the French fries and burritos I had there was terrible and probably the worst I've ever tasted. They don't give you ketchup so it's already bad and it had no salt at all so it's literally just a potato. The burrito at least comes with some Mexican salsa but man it's still terrible. It has no seasoning so it taste bland and the inside looks very mushy. I believe everything sold here were probably frozen food but the quality was so bad I wouldn't ever wanna try it again. After eating bad food I wouldn't goto this place but I think the overall rating would be low since it isn't very appealing to the costumers. I would have to give a 3:5 stars. Yemei, Neliie, Mellie whatever her name is the rude a$$ manager at this loaction hung up in my face when I tried to explain my issue and was acting like she couldn't comprehend. I told her I got a Chorizo Breakfast Burrito this morning that barely had any chrozio (mostly 95% potato and cheese), mind you I never had a breakfast burrito like this from them before. She got extermely bothered when I called back after she hung up in my face and asked for her manager. She proceeds to tell me she's the only manager and goes nowhere after her LOL yeah ok. So I waited to call back after her shift and was able to get her managers name and contact info easily. Haven't been to Union Station in a few years, but I remember this being a Famima. It's comparable to a bodega in New York...eh almost. I say that because they carry a variety of fresh pressed juice combinations which I absolutely love! It's like Nékter on the go. I overheard that this store also takes EBT which is nice for those that want a pressed juice that couldn't otherwise afford it. Line is long but moves quick and the cashiers are flagging people down to help them the second a patron walks away. It's also conveniently located across from the restrooms! Basically, the set-up is the same as its predecessor: still a convenience store with the same types of offerings such as snacks, beverages, and hot foods. It gets busy during the weekdays during rush hour, but the employees are friendly and the wait was not too terrible. The snacks at the back of the room next to the freezer are expired and spoiled due to the heat exhaust from the air conditioning. Bought a vegan cookie from that shelf and it smelled like fungus... Couldn't eat it all, went to show someone working there and they really don't care about their job to even manage the store correctly. He tells me that "no one can do anything about it" and that "quality control takes care of the store". When are their shifts? Clearly they are slacking and aren't looking after the products in this store. Every single food item next to the freezer is sspoiled.Do not buy anything that's not in the fridge and next to that freezer in the back of the room... There is no ventilation there and the extra heat as spoiled most of the food immediately next to that freezer. They are also trying to sell food that is close or days past their expiration date.... The food sold at Starbucks and Subway seems to be much fresher, you should also bring your own food if you are going to need to eat inside Union Station. If you want to eat outside Union Station at Olvera Street then please do so.... The food there is much better, you can eat a fat Breakfast and Lunch Burrito for $6 and $8. My friend and I went in to get a fork and a snack before her train left to San Diego. The staff were all bust with tasks and my friend and I waited patiently. I took a turn around the store to see if I could find a way to help myself to any utensils. I couldn't find any. This whole time my friend is standing by the counter, trying to get someone's attention. No one is helping her. It's not like they weren't doing their jobs, they were just inconsiderate and unaware of their customers. I asked a staff member restocking baked goods if they could give me a fork and he told me to ask at the counter. It's not a helpful solution, but fine I can ask the cashier. They don't have much in the way of gluten free snacks (I have celiac disease and can't have gluten) so since we didn't get good customer service even when they finally gave us a fork I chose to keep my money instead of trying to find Peanut M&M's and a Diet Dr. Pepper.
