Welcome to TRIMANA Fresh Food Market. #UnionStation
    Carl N.

Trimana is a convenient small deli shop in Union Station. They offer breakfast and coffee items. I ordered a small coffee (Cafe de Olla) and it cost $2.50 bucks. Service was on point. Staff was competent. Overall, it's a decent coffee shop.

This is a quick convenient store in LA's Union Station. Starbucks is across the way but if you don't want to wait in the line at Starbucks you can grab a cup of coffee here. I've also picked up one of their egg, bacon and bagel sandwiches which are pretty good. Since the Amtrak train cafe car takes a while to open up after boarding the train to Santa Barbara, the bagel sandwich will hold me over until then.

You don't have a lot of choices for snacks, drinks to grab while you're on the go inside Union Station. Trimana is your convenience store, I used to like the store that was in that spot previous (Famima) there for its selection, more international,a tad fancy. But Trimana is fine, it has the widest potato chip selection in a mile or so, various drinks, pre-packaged salads, sandwiches, etc. I've seen a better selection, but I've seen worse in the same time. So, if you're looking for a snack to bring on the train, you'll find something decent here. The place can be a bit busy, buy they'll get you in and out fast!

Too put in perspective how tiny this $10 burrito was. And i have normal sized hands at best. Smh

The worst. Never again will you steal my money unless I'm desperate like today. But, i will choose to starve for a while. Smh. The food is always inconsistent. Always poorly done. This is the cafeteria. Terrible. Update: they remade the burrito. They misunderstood and omitted half the ingredients. Don't know what to say, but they fixed it. Really a a 2.5 but I'll round up.

Wish I could give this place negative stars. Yemei, Neliie, Mellie whatever her name is the rude a$$ manager at this loaction hung up in my face when I tried to explain my issue and was acting like she couldn't comprehend. I told her I got a Chorizo Breakfast Burrito this morning that barely had any chrozio (mostly 95% potato and cheese), mind you I never had a breakfast burrito like this from them before. She got extermely bothered when I called back after she hung up in my face and asked for her manager. She proceeds to tell me she's the only manager and goes nowhere after her LOL yeah ok. So I waited to call back after her shift and was able to get her managers name and contact info easily. I don't take poor customer service lightly, something so small that could've been handled so easily lead me to filing a formal complaint and yelp review. Don't waste your time and money here. Far better options at Union Station: Starbucks, Cilantro (which is delish by the way), Wetzels Pretzels etc.

Your choices for snacks and drinks are very few when you're at Union Station, so this might be the most convenient location for you to buy something. They are not the greatest in terms of prices, but they're still cheaper than buying anything at Dodger Stadium if you're headed over there to catch a game. If you don't find what you like, you could get a lemonade from Wetzel's Pretzels. You could also cross the street and find something over at Olvera Street. Also keep in mind that there's a $3 minimum if you're going to use your credit card.

They do have fresh food...but you have to ASK for it or they'll try and pass off stuff that's been around a while...Beware.

Make sure you get the hot, fresh pizza. I got the bait and switch pizza. They just brought out a fresh BBQ pizza which looked amazing and steamung hot. But the box they handed me seemed luke warm. Then when i opened the box and saw the slice...it looked like it been sitting longer than a hot dog from 7 Eleven. Turns out they hide stragler slices below the other fresh food. Lesson learned. Now I impart my wisdom and disappointment to you so you do have to go through the same thing

Cleanse and hydrate when you're on the go! Always gotta keep a fresh bottle of water in my bag. How awesome they sell fresh pressed juice!

Haven't been to Union Station in a few years, but I remember this being a Famima. It's comparable to a bodega in New York...eh almost. I say that because they carry a variety of fresh pressed juice combinations which I absolutely love! It's like Nékter on the go. I overheard that this store also takes EBT which is nice for those that want a pressed juice that couldn't otherwise afford it. Line is long but moves quick and the cashiers are flagging people down to help them the second a patron walks away. It's also conveniently located across from the restrooms! Definitely pick up a bottle of water to take with you cause you never know where you'll end up in this city and it's important to stay hydrated on the go.

A lil pricey for quality of food but hey it's convenient. There's hot food & also cold sandwiches, plastic wrapped food too. I usually swing by here on my way to work for a cold green tea to drink later on in the day. Staff is friendly, bilingual & professional. It's in Union Station so totally swing by & check it out.

I'm sure they have been through a lot at this location, which I definitely take into consideration, but I don't think that means that low quality customer treatment is now acceptable (across multiple visits). I waited for them to come take a cheap item I needed out of the locked cages (that every item is in now), and when they did, instead of handing me the 5 dollar item, they insisted that they would take it up to the front where it would be waiting for me. After waiting in a long line, my item was not at the front.. So I just checked out without it. As I was leaving, an employee came up to me with the item I needed and acted like I was being an inconvenience. I went back and purchased the item only to find out that I missed out on a discount that I would have gotten if I'd have purchased it with my other items. I couldn't care less about the discount - ha, but it's just the principle of the situation and how the employees I dealt with could obviously care less. And this has been a re-occurring vibe at this store. Not to mention that the store's inventory has not been very great either.. ALTHOUGH, it is true that you never-ever know what people might be dealing with in their lives... --which is why I gave a 2 star rating instead of 1 star.

Hello Yelp! I've…read morebeen coming to this market/deli for a bit as I live just a few blocks away. I almost always come for a sandwich fix. The deli is pretty basic with 4 types of sandwiches, pastrami, ham, turkey, smoked turkey, and ham and turkey. They all come with pepperjack cheese, or cheddar and include mustard, tomato, and lettuce. They use boars head meat which is top quality meat and juicy and tastes well of the protein. The sandwiches are made fresh everyday but not to order so you cannot customize. For $7 even for a footlong stuffed full of meat using fresh lettuce, a gorgeous dijon mustard seed mustard, juicy and crisp tomato, fresh bread and high quality deli meat, this is an excellent and delicious buy. The sandwiches are huge with meat overflowing and everything is so fresh. I love the restraint and simplicity in this sandwich as the fresh high quality and classic flavors speak for themselves. The price point at $7 is perfect too. This sandwich ia levels above subway or jersey mikes. The deli meat is thick sliced and high end but my favorite part of the sandwich is the crunch of the lettuce with the crisp of a juicy tomato slice, and true mustard flavor and aroma. When one can smell the pure aroma of an ingredient and it is perfumic then it is fresh, natural, and naturally delicious. For $7, you get a rocking footlong stuffed with meat, freshest and hi-end ingredients and no wait. They also have groceries, other deli items, and a selection of nuts This is my go to for a sandwich! Hope you try it out! Brandon

I stopped by around 11pm on a Monday night and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They had everything you'd expect, and the location is really convenient. It was right across the street from the DoubleTree by Hilton that I was staying at. So if you're staying in the area or just passing through on foot (it's on a busy corner), it's easy to swing by. It's your typical 7-Eleven experience, nothing mind-blowing but nothing terrible either. It's a good spot for grabbing snacks or drinks if you need something quick, but it didn't offer anything that made it stand out from the hundreds of other 7-Elevens out there. Parking can be a little tight in the area since it's Little Tokyo, but nothing too wild if you don't mind walking a block or so. It was pretty dead when I was out and about walking. There was a few people experiencing homelessness and there was a fight that broke out in the area but again, I didn't feel unsafe. I would suggest getting on a bike or a scooter to be able to ride faster if you are feeling unsure. Overall, a perfectly fine place to stop by if you're in the neighborhood or need something late at night, but don't expect anything beyond your typical 7-Eleven experience.
