Its at that point I am told I have a type of appointment that they don't need to work on all the time, but rather "in between other jobs". At no point was I told this before I dropped the car off, as you may recall I was told 3 hours. Long story short, they are saying the job will take ten hours. Not sure how I will get to work! (they don't care). Horrible value when you add up all the costs associated with this horrible level of customer service. In addition, they hung up on me the first two times I called. Let me start by stating that Tara out of the Provo office was outstanding from the time we had email exchanges to the time I arrived and took care of my car.
