Erik set up a three-way call with my insurance company and helped me request OEM glass. That took a little longer to get, but it was well worth the wait. Erik kept me updated by phone and text at every step. A few days later, Noa was in my driveway installing the new windshield and recalibrating the sensors/cameras.
