I have an 18-month lease because I thought it would be a great place to live. Boy, was I wrong! Everything is an uphill battle. Whenever you must communicate with the office, no one has the autonomy to make a proper decision. They must relay all requests to Justin, the manager, especially regarding adding fees to your account. I recently was charged for not having insurance when, clearly, it has to be renewed every year. I contacted them before the fee was added, and they still don't want to refund it. I have only interacted with Justin (it wasn't a bad interaction). Other than that, he acts as if he is there. The ladies are generally friendly but just not helpful. They have a high turnover in the office, so the default excuse is she's new or they are no longer with us, an excuse for dropping the ball. The landscaping and outside area look great, which can be quite deceiving. The townhome I moved into was brand new. However, the appliances were not new. My freeze-over freezes and then thaws, so my food spoils regularly. My toilet top is exceptionally cheap, so when you clean it, the cleaner stains the seat beyond repair. The walls are super thin. My neighbor has a dog. I hear the dog running up and down the hall as if in my apartment. My neighbor told me he could hear my grandchild crying as if it were happening in his place. He has surround sound, and it vibrates my unit, and the loud noise is almost unbearable. I pray for March to come soon, so I can exit this place. I wanted to like this place, but it's a no. They are focusing…read moreon whether I personally captured the landscaping crew in the act, while avoiding the better-documented issue: a solar panel attached to their carport repeatedly came loose and hit my vehicle. I reported it multiple times, submitted photos, and requested a safer parking spot. They repaired the panel, but refused to address the vehicle damage it caused. Management claims the solar panel requests were handled in a timely manner, but the tickets they sent me tell a different story. One ticket from July 4, 2024 says the solar panel was sideways, a bolt was missing, and it had swung into my vehicle. Another ticket from March 4, 2025 says this was my "4th or 5th maintenance request for the same ongoing problem," that the panel once again detached and was swinging freely, and that the same thing had previously caused damage to my vehicle. So my question is simple: if the three tickets they chose to send me all state this was a recurring issue, where are the earlier tickets? Why did they only provide tickets that do not include the original photos of my vehicle being hit? I also have dated photos from May 2024 showing the panel against my vehicle, which predates the July ticket they claim was my first request. When I asked about the missing earlier ticket, I was asked for email proof, even though their system did not send email confirmations for service requests. To me, that raises serious concerns about the completeness of their records and how resident complaints are handled when documentation is inconvenient for them. Instead of addressing the missing ticket history, repeated reports, dated photos, and actual vehicle damage, management points to lease language saying vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Future residents should know that if property equipment damages your vehicle here, you may be left fighting just to get them to acknowledge what their own tickets already show. Screenshot everything, save every photo, and do not rely on management to provide a complete record later.

We were trying to leave, car lights are one and about 10 kids all ages continue to ride bikes in the parking lot, clearly seeing a car trying to leave. parents did very little to stop them. They play cricket and throw balls in the parking lot every day, no regards for the cars. The screaming from the volleyball court can be heard from inside your apartment. Adults and children. Office staff is kind and maintenance is pretty good and nice but the overall atmosphere is overwhelming.

The walls have cracks in it because the foundation is poorly built and prepare to hear all your neighbors business because the walls are soooooooooo thin! I lived on the top floor and my neighbors felt as if they were above me. The pool is always dirty, it has glass and bugs in it so be careful when swimming. Like I said if you're stay for a short time this is those apartments but not to live here for two years or more . You will start to see it deteriorate before your eyes.
