Nothing about 10.00 to fill water

Its unfortunate that i have to leave a 1 star review. On Dec 21 we booked a cabin for the first time as a gift to each other for Christmas. I was asked if i wanted to include the "romance basket" which was suppose to include local honey and massage oil, chocolates and lotion. We had most of it but no oil they substituted a pen and a tiny notepad. I asked the following morning about it, it was a young lady with long light brown hair, about where do we fill up our water bottles she said it cost $10.00 and they fill them out back. Not what the website says. We stayed in cabin 10. You can not walk out the back door to the pool, the snow was not plowed, no curtain on the front door the rugs were out on the fence covered in snow. Basically we spent 350.00 for 1 star accommodation. We love this hot spring the water is amazing The staff is not very knowledgeable and its a shame.

We love Trinity!!! Totally worth the membership and drive. Great people and services.

Everything felt easy. The service was anticipated, the setting beautiful without being overproduced, and the overall energy refined yet deeply comfortable. It's really the kind of place that lets you slow down without ever feeling bored. One detail I loved and didn't expect? The on-site ice rink. There's something charming and nostalgic about skating right on property, a small touch that ends up becoming a core memory. Add in the heated outdoor pool, wellness facilities, beautiful dining options, and miles of scenic surroundings, and it's clear this resort understands how to create an experience, not just a stay. What truly elevates Sun Valley is how seamlessly they handle off-property adventures as well. Whether it's horseback riding through Idaho's landscape or arranging wine tours, the concierge makes exploring beyond the resort completely effortless, no planning fatigue required. I really felt well taken care of, and already plotting my return

There are many outdoor recreational activities. At the base of Bald & Dollar Mountains are scenic vistas, sports & activities. The grounds are meticulous, lush & serene. There are many shady places to sit & enjoy the landscapes. We are over 5,000 ft high so it's cool, breezy & dry. There is a camp with children's activities. The outedoor ice rink near the pool are luxurious. A racquet center with tennis & pickleball courts was busy. Bike rentals & horseback riding were popular. There are many dining & shopping options at various price points, however nothing here is a bargain. I did find beautiful unique gifts in the shops. We stayed during ski season and here are the things I was most happy with (in no particular order): * The said it was a continental breakfast so I wasn't expecting all they offered like fresh local bagels and pastries, fresh berries, cut up pineapple, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, a very high quality granola, oatmeal with all the fixings, a pancake machine, juices, coffees with syrups and milks, lots of high quality tea choices, scrabbled eggs allow and with some mix-ins sometimes cheese or veggie, hard boiled eggs, meat like bacon sausage patties or links, sometime or potato like hash brown patties or shedded hash browns, roasted veggies, and on the weekend days they offered salmon with capers and onions. Plus flavored yogurts in individual containers and whole fruit like apples, oranges, and bananas. * humidifiers in the room. The hotel is so dry. We live at elevation in Park City, UT but Ketchum is drier! We ran the humidifier on high constantly but it was so great they offered this in the room. * they have a parking garage. It is $30/day AND there are easy access free spots around the hotel, but I imagine during peak season the offered parking is best. And it's covered so your car will be snow-free! * the heated pool for year round enjoyment (and two hot tubs). The air was too cold for my liking (because you have to get out eventually). * pretty decent gym with peloton bikes. * oh and the restaurant happy hour seems to be a hit with hotel guests and locals. The one huge downside was because it's so dry and they don't have a humidifier installed for the hotel, we got static shocked every time we touched the elevator buttons or unlocking our room. And it hurt! And when you're in town, I recommend the city museum, the wolf museum, the library, and the cemetery. And if the pedestrian paths are snow-free then head down Sun Valley Road.
