    Cosmos Cafe Menu, seating area

They have one of the best customer services that I've ever experienced. I really love the wide variety of drinks and menus. They have a huge selection of chips in their snack bar and their brewed coffee in the coffee bar is always top notch.

They served me a brown and soggy disgusting Tuna melt. I ate it. Now I have food poisoning. No matter what, DO NOT EAT HERE.

The space provides comfortable seating and high ceilings, displaying a premium selection of fresh Korean-French pastries, assorted cakes, and unique savory items. Service is self-serve: choose your pastries from the display cases, place them on a tray, and pay at the counter. It's perfect for a quick treat or casual work sessions. The bakery items we sampled were excellent, and we recommend: - Their new strawberry pastry was outstanding--rich and buttery, filled with vanilla cream, topped with fresh strawberries, offering a mildly sweet flavor. - Melon bread was also delightful--soft, airy, lightly sweet, with honeydew-flavored cream inside. - The tiramisu latte is rich and smooth, offering a decadent coffee experience with a balanced blend of espresso and sweet, dessert-like flavors, topped with cocoa powder.

I came here to eat something but only had their Cloud Bagel to choose from. I went for that as it was my only choice but wasn't a fan. Granted it's called "cloud" bagel, I expected it to be soft, but even when they toasted it wasn't appetizing - more like seasoned Wonder bread. The service was fine, but I do wish they had really toasted the "bagel"; it ended up being lukewarm/cold after a few minutes and still soft. I understand this is more of a cafe, geared towards coffee and pastry lovers - and maybe for that - it's good, but for those seeking a sandwich/meal/something more substantive (especially for vegetarians), this is not the place. I came here hungry and left hungry. Don't come here if you want food-food. Suggestion: add some egg/cheese sandwiches or an egg-salad sandwich like Paris Baguette. Just one or two options would suffice.

Nevertheless I never had an issue when I went. I thought the ambiance was very nice. The seating is cute and when you order "for here" they serve you in a very cute mug. The space is unique and cozy, filled with romantic decor that makes it feel like home. The food and pastries are just as amazing as the atmosphere. I tried their rose latte, topped with delicate rose petals. It was so pretty and uniquely flavorful. I've also tried their pesto poulet sandwich (baguette, pesto chicken, tomato, green pepper, and mozzarella cheese) and it was super yum! The chocolate hazelnut pastry is a perfect companion for the coffee, and you can ask for your pastry to be warmed up, which is even better. Bonus: they serve the coffee in a cute mug, which is such a nice touch. Love when I can have my coffee in a mug! Employees are nice, and the service is great! Plenty of seating and parking is easy. The location is wonderful, and the community has a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately,…read morethe food does not live up to the setting. I ordered the salmon and avocado sandwich. The salmon did not taste fresh or well prepared--it was drenched in oil, which overwhelmed the flavor. It gave the impression that it had not been cooked with much care. The avocado was fine, but there were only three very small pieces on the entire sandwich, making it difficult to even notice. Instead, the sandwich was loaded with mayonnaise, to the point where it tasted more like a mayonnaise sandwich than a salmon and avocado sandwich. Considering the price, I expected much better quality. This café has an excellent location and a lot of potential, but it seems that the kitchen is not receiving the attention it deserves. Investing in better food preparation--or providing additional training for the kitchen staff--would make a significant difference. A good sandwich does not require complicated techniques, and avoiding excessively oily fish is a basic part of preparing a quality meal. I left disappointed with the food. The café has everything it needs to provide a great dining experience, but the quality simply does not match the price. I hope the owners take customer feedback seriously because this place has the potential to be much better.

It can be loud in there depending on how busy they are, but if you use headphones, you should be fine. I've seen plenty of people do work in there and have no problem concentrating. Even though they do offer pastries, keep in mind that they do have limited quantities for the day. They might run out of something if you're dropping by later in the day. I've had their hand-shaken iced tea and brownies. The hand-shaken iced tea was refreshing, and the brownie was just the way I liked it: chewy and just sweet enough without being too sweet. Overall, I had a good experience and would not hesitate to come back again.

We chose to do the pistachella and the bounty.  They both featured Nutella and if that wasn't enough, one added crushed pistachios and the other coconut flakes.  They were very tasty but very rich and between the two of us, we had to admit defeat before finishing them both.  Happily, there are to go boxes to bring home any remainders.  The space is very clean and there are tables and lots of napkins (which you will need because these treats are both awesome and very messy).  The staff was very friendly and the parking is easy in the lot out front.  We will have to come back again to try some of the savory options to definitely be followed up by another dessert one. In part, that was us not quite able to figure out exactly where it was. Grant Street, it turns out, is disjointed. In other words, it's not like it's just a straight shot from one end to the other. We stopped in here on a Saturday around 4 p.m. The place closes at 6 p.m., and are closed on Sunday. At that time of day, they weren't at all busy. The young man at the counter took our orders, and someone working in the back made the sandwiches. We just ordered savory items, so we can't speak to how the sweet items are (although some of them sounded so good). I ordered the salmon sandwich, which consists of: "Choice of your chimney bread, spread with dill cream cheese, filled with smoked Atlantic salmon, spring mix, cucumber, and red onion." The bread choices are everything bagel, jalapeno, and cheesy. I chose the everything bagel and asked for no onion. I found this sandwich to be tasty, but I thought they could have gone lighter with the dill cream cheese. The bread had a nice crispness. My husband ordered the ham and Swiss sandwich, which consists of: "Choice of your chimney bread, spread with paprika mayo and filled with black forest ham, Swiss cheese, fresh romaine hearts, spring mix, sweet pepper, tomato, cucumber, and red onion". He wasn't happy with the paprika mayo, as he says mustard would have worked better. Nor did he care for the sweet peppers. Now he knows not to order the default setting for this sandwich but instead to customize the toppings. They work with DoorDash, which, when ordering online, gives the option to customize one's order. There are high tables, the type that are found in bars, for those who want to eat their sandwiches there. The place is kept very clean.
