When we were late for our first few appointments (we were new parents, had little sleep, and were getting used to the idea that it takes an hour to get out of the house) they didn't make us feel bad, or feel that we were wasting their time- they were understanding. I had a lot of trouble breastfeeding, but they were supportive. I broke down several times in their office, crying hysterically, and the nursing staff were all kind and supportive, giving me words of encouragement. The doctors are very down to earth, and just care that your baby is doing well- doesn't matter how fast or slow they are progressing, and they don't make you panicked, telling you what your baby should or should not be doing at any point. They just tell you how great you're doing/how great your kid is doing- they are very encouraging. The BEST thing about them is they will NOT take you if you refuse to vaccinate your child! Otherwise, they will take any insurance, etc- they just want to make sure the children that go to their office are safe. I cannot say what a relief that was to see that policy. Also, they have a 'sick' and 'healthy' section of the waiting room, so no germs are crossed over- same for the rooms. The whole office is separated in two- with the right side for the sick, and the left side for the healthy. I just adore these doctors.

Sick visits just depend on their schedules, but I've never had a bad sick visit provider. They have an entire lactation team there which has saved mine and baby's lives more than a few times. Stephanie and Sara are so comprehensive (and didn't judge me for crying!) and spend a lot of time evaluating the baby's latch, suck, and weight to ensure our breastfeeding success. I have only great things to say about the providers we see most often, Dr. Wolf, Dr. Hoelscher, and Stephanie PNP. Hours are great too. Open on weekends 8-5 and until 8pm on weeknights. A wonderful add-on for us working moms.

I was always happy with all the dr's here and appreciated that we ALWAYS saw a dr at each visit. There was rarely a wait of more than a few minutes, which is great when you have a baby or toddler. The dr's were always very supportive and reassuring, even when my son had trouble gaining weight as a newborn (they continued to encourage my breastfeeding) and later when he had some very delayed gross motor skills. All they care about is vaccines being pumped into tiny human beings that weigh less than a sack of potatoes and that's it, they didn't care that our daughter had an ear infection and had a UTI at the same time, they didn't care that she was sick, they didn't care that she wasn't gaining weight, in the end all they cared about was getting what I can only assume was some kind of compensation for vaccinating another 8lb newborn. In the end after questioning their mortality we were told to leave and we were not welcomed there, they didn't give us an alternative, we were left with a sick child that we had to take to urgent care instead. Everyone who works for these immunization facilities needs to reflect on the real reason they are in the profession of pediatric care, it shouldn't be to push narratives it should be to help sick children. Thank almighty god that not everyone thinks like them though and there are facilities out there that will care for a sick child no matter what.

A month later, I got a letter in the mail saying that I was kicked out as a patient for being rude to a receptionist, which is the opposite of what happened and I was never called to discuss the situation with anyone else so they took the receptionist word for it and canceled me as a lifelong patient. I was on medication from this facility, which they then canceled without my knowledge and I was not allowed to get refills and it took me a year to find a different doctor. what that my doctor did not explain to me at the time was if you stopped taking this medication it's really bad for you and your mental health so basically this place is one of the worst places to go. They don't care about you. They only care about money and what benefits them. I would never recommend this place to any child or person.
