Not too shabby. Nice sized place, a lot of seating. You can dine in or take out. I am in the area for work, and found them on google maps. I called 22 minutes before closing, and I am about 8 minutes away. I arrived around 8:48, and my order was ready and still hot. I ordered the crab fried rice, hot. The crab fried rice is a great portion size, I do wish they used real crab instead of imitation. However, it's seasoned well and had plenty. I also ordered the pepper garlic chicken, hot. This dish was really good with the cabbage and broccoli! Glad I stopped in. Haven't had Thai in a while.

As soon as we entered we were immediately greeted and seated. Our waitress was all over It and the food was delicious. I had the curry level 2 spice and that was delicious. The curry was rich and the spice level wasn't anything much but they did say it depends on the peppers they have for the spice. Also the chicken tenders are hand maid and a good portion size for kids

The food tastes delicious and the staff are attentive even during busy hours. But if I ever visit this restaurant again, it will most certainly be for the Thai Tea. Save it for after your meal as a dessert and you will not be disappointed. Delicious!

Food was fantastic, service was great! I had the green curry and spicy cheese rolls. Both of them were incredibly well made.

Combination Pad Thai- 8/10 and tasted even better the next day!

Been eating here at least a couple times per month for the last several years. Not sure what my first review was about, but they know my order by heart. I swear by the pad Thai lunch special - it's literally all I order. I've had many of their dishes- the curries are excellent, but I never tire of the pad thai with salad and an extra egg roll - it is the perfect lunch combination. And the staff - everyone is very kind and pleasant. Makes you feel like you're dining with friends. Love the casual, quick service experience. This place is a regular for hundreds of people!

Delicious hole in the wall!!! You would never expect from the outside but the food is so delicious and the inside decor is quite nice. I had the drunken noodles and some ginger tea! Both were so good. The owner also gave me wifi access which was helpful!

Before the blizzard, my husband and I went out to eat at this place, and it tasted great. I really enjoyed it.

Service was nice and let me choose where i wanted to sit. Food was cooked to order so it took awhile to come out but at least that means it was fresh. I ordered the thai tea, chicken satay, and khao soi. Everything was good but nothing wow except the tea which i loved. I stayed at the hotel right behind it so it was definitely in a convenient spot.

Always quick service for lunch, especially when we have a group of 12. Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) are my favorite! I definitely recommend trying the cream cheese rolls as well.

Food was good here! Our favorites were the pad kee mao, crab fried rice, crab rangoon, and moo yang. Service was really attentive as well. It's definitely more of a take out spot with everyone coming in/out of their orders. But overall, we'd definitely come back.

As a pilot, I've tried different Pad Thai from all across the country. This is top 3 places I've ever gone to!!!!! Also, the waitresses were extremely kind. Not to mention it was only $15! This type of food in CA is like $25 everywhere. Such an awesome experience.

The waitress was polite and accommodating--especially given that I spilled water all over the table and seat. I ordered the tofu appetizer and wanted the red snapper but they were out so I replaced the red snapper with tilapia and added broccoli. Both were delicious. The only thing I would change is making the tofu in smaller chunks.

We recently came back on Sunday, and the restaurant was packed and very busy, which was great to see. Our server was a young man who was really trying his best to keep up with everything, but it seemed like he had too much to handle on his own. We honestly felt bad for him because he was working hard. Unfortunately, the food was not the same quality as we remembered. We're not sure what happened, but something has definitely changed. The kitchen area was also very loud, with loud music and people talking loudly, which took away from the comfortable atmosphere we used to enjoy. We tried to contact the owner because Koracha has been one of the best Thai restaurants in Bedford for a long time, Nick used to be our favorite server. He always took great care of us, and from what we saw, he treated every customer with warmth and genuine hospitality. Unfortunately, that welcoming feeling seems to be missing now. The old Koracha vibe just isn't the same. We will still come back because we LOVE Koracha and truly hope to see things improve. We are leaving this review because we care about this restaurant, not to hurt the business. We hope the service, food quality, and hospitality can return to what made Koracha so special to our family.

You just get it from their fridge. I liked their beef larb. Level 4 was pretty spicy. We got it cooked. The Laos sausage was good but tasted like the ones you can buy yourself and cook. Their nam Khao had very good flavor. My only critique is that it could be even crispier and it would be perfect. Their Khao poon is okay not bad. I like my mother in laws better. Khao piek had good hearty broth flavor. Overall would come back if in the area! Their ambiance is a restaurant combined with a market you can get some pantry or frozen foods.

It's tucked away and attached to a small Lao grocery store, which honestly made it feel even more authentic. The moment we walked in, it felt like we were about to get a home-cooked meal. We ordered the organ soup with sticky rice, beef lahp, and nam khao, and everything was absolutely delicious. The broth in the organ soup was rich, clean, and deeply flavorful, exactly how it's supposed to taste. The sticky rice came out warm and perfectly chewy. The beef lahp was bright and herbaceous with the right amount of spice and lime, super fresh, and tasted just like what we've had in Laos/at family gatherings. And the nam khao was crispy, tangy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they don't cut corners on ingredients here. What I appreciated most is the authenticity. A lot of other reviewers mentioned that this is one of the few places in Texas where the food tastes "just like home," and I completely agree. Multiple people also mentioned the friendly staff and how the market side carries essentials and hard-to-find Lao/Thai items. We felt the same way, everyone was kind, and the grocery section is a nice bonus for anyone looking for snacks or specialty ingredients. Portions were solid, prices were fair, and the quality was amazing. This is exactly the kind of spot you hope to find when traveling. If you want real Lao food, skip the trendy places and come here instead. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Texas. Highly, highly recommend.

Unfortunately, with this meal, I refused to let this slip by. I pass this place often, and with the Anime store being next door, I thought I'd try both places since they were next to one another. White Chocolate Matcha: This was very good, to be honest, this was the only thing that turned out right. The white chocolate didn't weigh it down with too much sweetness, which was a plus. There was a great balance of the two. I will definitely get a matcha boba from them again. Grilled Shrimp Spring Rolls: Horrible. The shrimp were significantly overcooked; they were not edible. There was no way that someone who calls themselves a chef, would have allowed that to be plated. If anything, the shrimp should have gone into the trash. So, unacceptable. Shrimp Flat Noodle Stir-Fry: Another blunder, the shrimp were the same. Not edible, and the sauce was like soup; it was very loose and lacked flavor. I couldn't let this go by without being acknowledged by their management; they need to know what's coming out of their kitchen, not all will speak up. Management: Henry, the manager, was exceptional; I don't want that to be missed. When I called to speak with a manager, the information was given to him, including the purchase receipt they had on file. With me not being there to show him the food, I thought that was going to be an issue. If needed, I would have been more than happy to head back with the food. I explained to him the condition of the shrimp in the rolls and entree, and he offered a refund or to remake the items. I wanted to pay for what was made well, but he refunded the whole order. That was kind of him, and I hope, after speaking with me, he spoke to the chef about our call. They have great boba, but I don't trust the other foods enough to suggest more than that. Based on the reviews, they do have things to be enjoyed, but I don't think I'll get anything else from them outside of the boba/smoothie. The takeout area was clean and offered seating while you waited for your food.
