My favorite part of the service was my time at the sink. Usually somewhat uncomfortable, they made this part of the experience so cozy. There's foot stools so your back isn't arched weirdly, the part of the bowl where you rest your head didn't strain my neck, but my favorite part was a heated mask she put on my eyes as my hair mask set it. So calming. Importantly, to me, you can tell they have great values. From the signs in the window about LGBTQIA+ rights to little things around inside like women's reproductive rights and access, you can tell they don't just have these things because they're trendy.
