DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Moved cross-country from Vegas and the process was terrible as soon as our sales rep turned us over to operations. We paid for pack/unpack services and on the first night of use in our new home, MY BED FELL APART WHILE WE WERE IN IT. Come to find out they did not install all the bolts, didn't screw them in all the way, and this was every piece of furniture installed. Many, many things were broken due to negligence in packing. They left nearly a dozen items still wrapped in packing blankets, which we paid to have done. There was also water damage from a hole in the truck to a significant amount of clothing and handbags. We were sent through the reimbursement process and because of a rush through paperwork on site with a foreman who did not speak English, (and the outrageous price for extra coverage) we were only compensated a fraction of the cost of the loss. This is not to mention the fact that my wife had a $3000+ YSL handbag STOLEN from our home during unpack by one of the laborers hired by Triple 7. I was very clear from the onset that we expected additional recompense for the services not rendered (unpacking/furniture install) and the terrible experience of feeling violated in our new home on the first night due to theft by their laborers. They communicated with me and told me to finish the reimbursement process for the damaged items and then we would talk about settling the other matters as that was "their process." As soon as I received the damage reimbursement, they went completely silent. I hoped not to have to write this review if they did everything to make things right, but it is clear now they were just looking to placate me until they would no longer need to respond. This company is terrible. They lie and misrepresent themselves, add additional fees and claim that your furniture was damaged before they received it without pointing out the damage to you. Item description will just say "scratched and damaged". Maybe to cover themselves when they damage it? They also ruined several pieces of furniture. They free insurance that the sales rep u is only if the movers pack the items themselves and even then it is based on the weight of the item. So that desk that you loved that they destroyed ~ you will only get refunded per pound of the desk. When you report damages they will ask how much things cost. If you say that you don't know, you didn't purchase it your self, they don't seem to understand. If you bring any of this to their attention it will be your word against theirs and they are extremely rude. On top. of everything else you will have to wait forever for them to refund you money owed. If I could do it all over again I would not use this company. read more

These movers were lifesavers. Not sure why anyone wants to move during the holidays but we did the day after Christmas from Vegas to Lake Tahoe. They made the already crazy experience so much better. BEWARE! We used this company twice. Both times were highly disappointing. The first time we had 3 men come just to help us move large, heavy items. I guess they didn't think I would speak spanish, but I understood every word of them talking crap about our house, our things, the fact that we were moving in with my MIL. It was unreal, but I let them just keep talking because who cares, they're there to move my stuff not make friends. Then they decides to scratch our walls at both the old house and new house, lost part of our bowflex machine (how? Beats me!) and broke 2 of the feet on our couch. Why would we use them again you ask? Well we hired "Warren Movers" to help us load up a POD for our next move. Then we find out after booking everything that they "acquired 777" but assured us that there would be no issues. Initially I was impressed, they were fast and got far more than we expected into the POD. However, upon unpacking the POD we found a number of our plastic storage boxes (the heavy duty ones) squished, warped, and a few even shattered damaging the item inside. They also ripped the fabric off the bottom of a box spring, and completely destroyed my husbands golf clubs. I'm talking completely bent and unusable. Called Triple 7 Movers and booked them for our move a little over two weeks out. They said to expect a 10a-2p window. We completed a profile/inventory online and they quoted between $700-$1000. My husband confirmed with them through their website. August 5th- On moving day, my husband confirms with them again. At 10a we are all boxed up, ready and waiting. At 1:09pm my husband emails them asking if they're still coming...we get an email saying their crew is pushing it later in the timeframe but would call us 30 minutes prior to arrival. All our things were packed, no food in the kitchen and we are all anticipating movers to come so we didn't want to leave to get food. My kids were starving by this time since we packed all the food after we ate breakfast. At 2:51, my husband sends another email asking if they're still coming since it's now almost an hour after the timeframe they gave. Jason Blaine responds via email saying that his dispatch attempted to call us all day long and emailed. They said that because they did not hear from us, they sent their crews home for the day and would not be able to accommodate us till Tuesday, August 10th! Impossible, as we did not get any calls, nor did we get emails regarding the movers coming. My husband is a disabled veteran, which is why we had a need to hire movers! We had packed EVERYTHING, we spent ALL day waiting, then they cancel on us at the last minute, and we have a tight schedule to follow. My husband tried to call them multiple times and finally Jason picks up and tells him that there was no way he could send anyone to help us. That it was our fault for inputting the wrong phone number then said that it's also his fault for not updating it. It still didn't explain the fact that we didn't receive any emails! He tries to rebook us for 2pm again the following day but doesn't seem to grasp that he left us hanging and provided no other alternatives. Delaying the move was not an option which is why we booked them ahead of time. I do not recommend this company. Thankfully I found a better company after calling 11 others at around 3:15-3:30pm that laughed when I said I needed a crew of movers "today". Triple 7 basically left us stranded...it's common sense that people NEED you if they book you so many days ahead, so why wouldn't you do whatever possible to get in contact with them? They emailed back to us at 1:09pm saying they'd be in touch soon...then crickets. read more

To across the street to a condo. Jason knew I had to be out that day and he gave me all the times 7-11 11-2 2-6.. I said definitely 7-11 I have out of town company we have tickets for stuff. He said No Problem. Dispatch will call Friday. Dispatch called we are confirming for Friday 2-6. Uh No Then Jason called and said I know you won't mind the change to 2-6. Yes I do mind. I recently moved some non-essential belongings out of state. I thought I might post some of my experiences for those who want to get their stuff from one place to another at a relatively low cost. We considered three options: 1) driving a Uhaul cross country. 2) leasing a Pod and packing it up ourselves and 3) hiring a moving company. Options one and two were surprisingly high priced both coming in at around $4000 for about 300cuft of stuff. Other moving companies quoted me between $4000-$10000. 777 Movers came in well below those quotes, but many other companies warned that small companies often tried the bait and switch, tracking on additional charges on moving days. Based on their A+ BBB rating and their exceptional quote we devices to give them a shot. The contract was clear, less than 300cuft and 2200lbs packed by the owner. We packed up everything ourselves and had no issues on pick up day. They were in and out in under an hour. The dispatcher has been in touch with us since our items were picked up and we're looking forward to a speedy delivery. So far 777 gets a five star rating in my book, they saved us some serious money and lived up to their claims. I'll update after final delivery in our new place. Update 18SEP23: Items were delivered on time, well within the delivery window, a little under 2 mouths from pickup to delivery. Some of the boxes were a little crushed, but we packed them ourselves and ensured the important things were protected. I would recommend taking extra care when packing if you are moving fragile or delicate items. There was only one mover, but he was diligent and hard working. Unloaded in about an hour, and helped us to ensure we got copies of the necessary forms. I'm completely satisfied with 777 Movers and would use them again for my moving needs. read more

Worst experience ever. I was very disappointed to hear they bought Warren's Homework Movers. My first and only prior experience with 777, they lost a box with all my pots and pans. This past month, they blew it again. This time, they (1) left before we could check the truck for boxes, and (2) broke my platform bed, stripping all the screws on the platform slats, and even trying to drill new holes. At the end of the day, we found the entire platform was being held by 2 out of 8 screws, the frame bolts were stripped and loose, and it has several scratches. I reported it the same day (by voicemail as no one is in their office on Saturdays) and have been trying to file a claim for over a week. While they responded right away, and told me who to contact regarding my claim (third-party), I have yet to hear from them again. Next time, I will rent a truck myself and pay some college kids to help. What a hassle! read more

Stay away from these movers. They used to be great when they were Warren's Homework, but they are terrible now. They charged us more than double the price that we were quoted. I also have some items missing. I have been trying to call them several times after the move and they have either ignored my calls and don't even bother to return calls. I was very optimistic about this company and was SO disappointed. The price just kept going up and up and up. Even after they had our items, the price went up as they said our road had a weight limit and the truck could not come down our road so they needed to use a smaller truck, and we had to pay thousands of dollars more to get our stuff. My issue with this was that I gave them our address 3 months prior to our move and they didn't check the road weight until they had already loaded and taken our stuff. Then I was held hostage as we couldn't get our stuff without paying. When our things arrived after $15,000 instead of the original $8800 quote, our stuff was seriously damaged. Boxes that had fragile stickers all over them, were crushed and cut into, tons of things were broken. Things that I packed SO carefully in paper and bubble wrap and tape were destroyed and bigger items that the movers packed were destroyed. It was awful. I will include pictures. We used Triple 7 for our move on January 27, 2021. The three movers were great, they were quick and efficient, they moved our 2 bedroom apt into a 3 bedroom apartment in about 2.5 hours. The problem was when they collected payment, they charged an additional hour by mistake. Instead of ending the services at 10:40am they ended the service at 11:40am. ( I understand that mistakes happen, especially on iPad). When I called Jason the next day 1/28/2021 explaining the situation he said they would look into it because the trucks have GPS and they could verify my story. He called me back 2 hours later saying "yes, you are correct we will refund you the extra hour of service we charged by mistake" Today is 2/19/2021 - 3 weeks later and I still do not have my money back. I have called many times and their excuses are "its in the mail" "we sent it to the wrong address" How is it possible, that you sent to the wrong address? You guys moved me into my apartment. We used Triple 7 Movers of WA to move from Seattle to Las Vegas. I had a super detailed list of every single item for the most accurate quote. I received my quote and agreed to start the process. The movers themselves were awesome dudes. Upon arrival, they told me there was way more to my quote than they thought (shocker).. $1500 extra in fact. On the spot, they had me so I had to go with it. They arrived in Vegas as expected, but not before calling my phone and telling me that they require the second half of payment IN CASH (Thats $2500). When they arrived, they would not unload the truck before having us PAY THE CASH upfront, and signing the ipad saying "all was well". Days later after getting through boxes of totally damaged items, every single dish was broken, our kitchen island was broken and SEVERAL missing boxes, I tried to start a claim and some gal in the office named Karen didnt even send me a claims form to try to get it straightened out until only 2weeks ago after I took matters up with my credit card company for the first half of payment to be disputed. This company seemed legit but in the grand scheme of things, totally scammed us. Such a disappointment. I recommend using your own uhaul truck and doing it the hard way if you have to make any moves. Unfortunately I moved several times since I came to Las Vegas. I have used another moving company prior to triple seven. However, after trying triple seven movers about 10 years ago I did not use any other company. I used them for my last three moves. I am also planning to use them once my new construction home is complete. Cheyne, Ulysses and Michael did a fantastic job. They came early am, as we requested. Moved everything super quickly. Wrapped and packed fragile items extremely precision and accuracy. Moving is not the greatest experience in anyone's life but triple seven movers makes it quick and painless.
