I had several car models in mind and Evan took all my requirements down and he quickly came back with some cars for me. I wanted to test drive them which he arranged with the dealerships fleet mgr. let me tell you that was great because I didn't have to worry about the salesman trying to sale me their car. I just showed up and drove the car then left. Evan was so patient with me as I had changed my mind a few times. He walked me through looking at some comparisons and I finally made my choice with the 2026 Lexus RX350 Hybrid. He even helped me with deciding whether to use my old car for a trade in. Contacted e-commerce team and someone promised to resolve this issue in a few days. Few days gone by, never got a response. Finally got a response on 6/8 and telling me it would take 5-7 days to get an answer. I even provided photos with the label shows only 1 was shipped. Does it really take almost 2 weeks to process my refund? As of today, i still have no hear anything from them. Terrible service. I am going to resolve it myself and contact my bank for the charge back. Took almost 2 weeks and still can't even a simple issue. Ridiculous
