Tommy, the owner, responded immediately to a request for a quote on a full rip-down of the old roof and a new installation as well as new gutters. He arrived at exactly the day and time he said he would (which I could not say the same for other quote appointments we set up from other contractors). We received four quotes in all, and although I was a little hesitant about going with the lowest quote, we could not be happier since all his reviews, both on Yelp and Google were nothing less than five star. In addition to removing our entire roof and installing all new as well as new gutters, we also asked him to quote new soffits in the front of our house, a solar roof vent attic fan and a new skylight to replace an old existing one. All work was completed in a day and a half and began exactly when he stated it would. His crew of 10 guys were all very respectful, polite, and highly experienced workers who carefully protected our shrubbery around our house and cleaned up so well afterwards on each day that you didn't even know they had been there. The quality of their work was outstanding, and I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with the services we requested, the quality of the work performed and the value. We had a patio awning affixed to our roof which they carefully removed and reinstalled after the new roof was done at no extra charge. They also removed our DirectTV satellite dish also affixed to the roof. Tommy offered to have it reinstalled after the new roof went on, but we opted to have DIRECTV do it directly so that it is pointing in the correct direction. We had to coordinate with our solar company to remove the panels before David could start and he was wonderful about sticking with that schedule. I am reliant on responsive professionals to help me whenever maintenance issues come up. After my roof leaked, I found David who came to the house to do the repairs. A few months later the exact same leaks occurred again. After multiple text messages, phone calls, and cancellations he finally got out there and charged me several thousand dollars to do additional repairs. He "guaranteed" the roof would not leak again. Less than 6 months later the same exact leak occurred again, this time an emergency leak, he told me the best he could do was go out 6 days later to assess. He said he would bring his brother because he couldn't figure out what the problem was. Except he never showed up, lied about showing up (my tenants were home all day and have cameras), never called after promising, then rescheduled 6 days later. Then it rained again and leaked again. Then when he was supposed to show, he finally told me me after being 8 hours late (and multiple missed calls and texts) that something came up and his phone was dead. He then told me "maybe" he could get there after another 6 days. This would be 3 weeks after the original leaks occurred. He told me he has other customers and basically I was not his priority despite the severity of the leak and the fact that he "fixed" the leak two times before. He will not answer your calls, text messages, and will cancel on you multiple times and give you every excuse in the book. I finally had enough and found someone else to do the repairs. Save yourself the hassle and heart ache and avoid this roofer at all costs!

Makes the house look much better and everything was cleaned up, no debris was left. You wouldn't even have been able to tell any work was done. I recommend using them if you need gutters. The price was reasonable. I also checked the gutters the next day and realized they put like a gutter guard mesh screen on them, which was a welcome surprise. We have had issues with the old gutters getting all clogged up with leaves and had to have them hosed out. Hopefully these screens will solve that issue.

Price came back for total job called him told him I would like to use him for roof then they started to avoid and not call me back, I think they realized they underbid the roof job hoping for the rest, gave me run around for 3 weeks would never call back and finally I got hold of them and asked if they wanted to do the roof and they said no. My recommendation don't ask them for a quote and be specific that you may only use them for that one job because if you don't have them do the whole job they will not call you back and play games very unprofessional.
