My second rental with them I returned the rental a half hour after they closed (100000% my bad) but since they were still at the shop finishing up, they allowed me to sneak in the board and boots. They could have been pricks about it, but weren't, so am thankful for that, as I was departing Whitefish the next day so would have had to work some magic to get the stuff back to them. They will also hold your shoes for you when doing a one-day rental (an important detail to remember when taking into account when they close!).

My toes were super cold by the 2nd hour and when we were done I went and sat in the car to warm them up. My partner picked up some great parts, and Jerome spent loads of time helping me look at options for my first ever gun, which I'm hoping to get for my birthday next month. As someone new to it all, I really appreciated how informative, patient and helpful he was. He took the time to explain everything, answer all of my questions and make the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable without ever making us feel rushed.
