Good Food for a good price!! I rated it a 4 versus a 5 but I cannot think of anything I did not like. My server, Tammy M., met me at the door and had me sit anywhere I liked. I ordered the special of the day which was a BBQ Basket. The food arrived in only a few minutes with the lightly battered french fries screaming hot, a piled high pork sandwich on a toasted bun that was freshly soft on the inside with just the right toasted crunch on the flat surface and cole slaw that was the right sweetness and a nice add on to the sandwich. There was so much pork, it was hard to add additional cole slaw. Two in-house BBQ sauces were available in sweet and slightly spicy varieties. My unsweet ice tea arrived with the perfect sized lemon to be squeezed, a long tea spoon and a great long straw (Good plastic - Not the silly a--ed paper ones that are supposed to be good for the environment but stick to your lips and disintegrate as you use them). Food was great and there were some interesting local fresh fish options I will have to try next time. Tammy's service was great as she took care of the entire restaurant in an extremely fast and efficient matter. The location is a little odd nestled behind the Odum Concrete Plant which looked a little like a dive location but was more like a diner on the inside. With a steady stream of locals coming in for the good food at a good price. I will definitely be back now that I have eaten here.

Loved eating here for lunch, especially after a LONG drive from Chicago. Had the pulled pork sandwich. The BBQ was tangy and had a peppery taste. My friend thought it was homemade. There were only two options of sauce: Mild or Hot; the "Hot" tasted better in my opinion. I had a side of Okra (but it was fried okra - the menu didn't say fried). Also I had a baked potato with bacon, cheese. Very tasty. Inside was very cozy. It looked like there were a few locals eating at about 2 PM on July 4th. THis is a great place to stop if you are driving through Marion on a road trip and have a taste for BBQ. I would go again if it weren't so far from my house. They played country music on the radio and I love country music, so this added to the experience.

Great Bar B Q. Not a big fan of sauce. They use liquid smoke. But all their food is good

Average bbq, other food was better. Fries are awful. Catfish was good. Other sides were ok. Server was very friendly and attentive.

Mother's Day lunch was very good. The whole family had rib tips and fish, with various sides. We will be returning here again.

I don't think Riley's is there yet. BBQ preferences are highly personal but there are regional expectations. Sauces and rubs are a couple of examples. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and fries. The pork came wet (sauced) with an option of mild or spicy. I chose mild. The order arrived quickly and I pounced on a mouthful of...what was that? I'd latched onto a mouthful of vinegar. The Midwest is the sweet sauce capitol of US BBQ. Using a vinegar sauce here should probably come with an early warning. Each bite was sour followed by a little sweetness. It didn't work. I suspect the meat was doused with vinegar and finished with sauced buns: Edge pieces were milder and smoky. Chow-chow was also an option on the sandwich. I took it on the side. A Southern pickled vegetable relish, Riley's version tasted like chopped onions and pickle juice added to a LOT of yellow mustard. The mustard, vinegar, and sweet sauce on the sandwich must make a terrible and confused taste. Fries had a crispy coating. They needed more seasoning and some salt helped. Riley's has dine-in, take-out, and drive-thru service. Indoor COVID precautions were mixed. Socially distanced tables, required masks, and masked employees were in place but there was no plexiglas partition at the checkout.

There was literally nobody at the bar top. or seated at the table surrounding the bar. Next, I ordered a New York medium rare strip with a side salad and steamed broccoli Wife did order a cheeseburger with fries. She said the cheeseburger was good, but the fries were old. What I got was not what I ordered for one. I didn't get a side salad for Another. The steak I got was not medium rare but the steamed broccoli was nice. I complained about the price because the steak was not cooked correctly they offered to remake me another one, but who wants to sit there in while your wife eats and you're not eating so I said no just adjust the price they took $6.50 off of a $25 steak dinner I asked to speak with the manager because that was not enough and he comped my meal after complaining and I told him that someone at a steakhouse should know how to cook a steak. he did say he was a new manager is just taking the place over so hopefully he can fix it but if you're cook, can't cook a steak and let him wash dishes.

I went for lunch - a steak Cobb salad - today (first time Logan's customer - last time Logan's customer) RAW BACON was mixed in with the food, and as I was pulling out and realizing how much of it there was, my stomach started to hurt. So nauseating to think about it! Instead of adjusting the bill or offering me something different, the bartender had me pay the full bill $21.66. So I wasted all of my time and never got fed because who is going to eat raw bacon - like seriously this place is despicable do not do not do not eat here. I filed a complaint with corporate online right after - and we'll see if they give me my money back, but I'm honestly considering talking to Navy Federal Credit Union and disputing the charge - like I can't even... Grossed the eff out.
