I was parallel parking on one of the steep-grade hills in the Upper Haight and as I was shifting from Drive into Reverse, my car went into Neutral for a second. In that second, I ended up rolling into the SUV in front of me. The SUV was fine (not a scratch), unfortunately, my VW Beetle's entire front was dented. Auto 360 was one of three shops in San Francisco that I went for a quote the following Saturday morning. Not only did Gino, the owner, provide me with a quick turnaround on scheduling a quick appointment for a quote, but he even walked me through all of the work that needed to be done, and kept everything well within my budget. In addition to being extremely competitive on price, they could complete the work FAST (other shops wanted well over a week to complete the same work). I turned in my keys on Saturday morning and had daily updates from the team regarding the status of the work that needed to be done on the car. My entire hood and bumper needed to be replaced, along with having the paint job re-done to match the rest of my car. The car was ready in two days and when I went in on Tuesday to pick up the car, my Beetle looked brand new. The hood opened and closed with no issue and the paint job was flawless. Auto 360 are total professionals who treated me with respect and honesty. I will definitely be going back for ANY kind of work that I need. Thanks, guys!!

Luckily, I was in no rush to get it back but I just wanted to know when I should expect my car to be done. When I picked up my car, they did a great job. They even washed my car and the inner door part of the car. With the brand new bumper, I felt like I had a brand new car. For some reason, I felt like my car drove better even though it was just the bumper that was fixed. Overall, they were great. If you're shopping around for prices, they may not be the cheapest but they did do a great job and the guy I was dealing with was really rice. They earned my trust in doing a great job. I asked for Lou and introduced myself as dudes wife. I can honestly say that I had NEVER taken my car in for any major work since I bought it. Lou said he would drive it around and give my husband a call....I was nervous as hell! I knew it was going to cost me some change $$$. $2,000 later I got my car back after one day and she is running like brand new! I know that is A LOT of change $$$ but we are talking wheel bearings on both sides, a timing belt, a water pump and then my major tune up!!! I assume those are all major components to ensure a safe drive in any vehicle. Moral of the story is, Lou and them dudes up in City Auto Tech shole is expensive but they definitely keep you running them streets like a champ!
