I asked if there was any way to adjust my service, and I was told they would work with me and that the owner would call me that week to discuss a solution. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. We then ventured to meet Maddie in the waiting/lounge area. She was as AMAZING! Not only was she helpful with answering all of our questions, but really made our private lounge experience phenomenal! She made sure our decorations were all ready, our food was served, and any needs were met as we enjoyed our experience! The waiting/lounge area was relaxing and comfortable. It was nice to sit in a welcoming environment while waiting for our facials. It was stocked with anything and everything a lady could need like fresh water, restroom essentials, and a calming relaxing space. My facial was done by Tirzah. She was so knowledgeable about my skin and walked me through my service. She did such a wonderful job! We booked the private lounge area and were able to decorate for our birthday girl. She comes back we get back to the treatment, another phone call, then a third. She takes the calls each time and walks out of the room. A man comes into an adjacent space next to ours and his phone is dinging as well. Now, that is not the salon's problem, but after the fifth interruption to what is supposed to be calm and relaxing, it's anything but calm and relaxing. The package is supposed to come with a shoulder and arm massage. I didn't get that. All in all, not what I expected or paid for.

I went to Lisa once and my results have lasted over a year now! Some places water down their products and she definitely doesn't do that. She definitely knows what she's doing and has the best prices around. I will never go to anyone else for my lips. And I look forward to getting Botox and other injections done by her in the future.

You then say "I do not receive call receiving any text or call from you with your concern." I've never mentioned my concerns to you. On one hand you imply I didn't leave a message, on the other you imply I specified what my concerns are and they weren't left in any message. Both lies. Dishonesty is not a good look. Finally, you said this could have been resolved directly. I called you directly and left messages directly. How much more direct could I have been? LOL! -------------------------- Reached out to Lisa several weeks ago; left a friendly message for her to get back to me at her earliest convenience. As others have mentioned, she doesn't return calls or respect people who leave messages. Perhaps if I'd mentioned the people I've referred to her who've spent thousands, she'd have made the effort to respond. I met her once when a friend asked me to come with her for injectables and fillers for the first time. I won't waste anymore time trying to get her to call back, nor will I promote her business further.
