All baking is done on the premises and most importantly it's woman owned! The service was spectacular. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and we chatted about everything under the sun. She was very personable and polite. Her bakery items was tasty and moist. Just the way I like it. She also allowed me to try her new ricotta cookie, which was a wildcard for me. Went to my surprise. Our cake was flawless with handmade flowers in our colors and pumpkins with a staircase going up all the layers and topped with a castle. She really listened to what we wanted and made it perfect! Oh and on top of it ALL her cake flavors are out of this world yummy it was so hard to pick a flavor but we settled on pumpkin spice as it was October. When we ate our top layer we froze to eat on our anniversary it tasted just as amazing as it did the day of our wedding. And talk about dedication- she delivered our cake just after the October 2011 snow storm when half of PA didn't have power and the roads were still not great and she still delivered it not only on time but early.
