My son's father set up a chiropractic appointment for him to worked on. Granted we passed the side angle entrance of the double doors and looped completely around to the front side of the building then got lost on the opposite entrance, the receptionist was incredibly sweet and actually went into the hallway to look for us as I called her on the phone confused in what seem to be a labyrinth of offices within the building. The address I was given, by my son's father did not say the chiropractors Suite number, so I was only going off of the his name. Lol The chiropractor was very thorough as well as into bodybuilder lingo my son is familiar with. I know nothing about bodybuilding, besides what my son has told me, and my son was able to talk to the chiropractor and ask him some questions, the chiropractor was able to answer him appropriately and very thoroughly, as well as using medical terminology and not confusing my son in the process. The chiropractor taped up my sons shoulders to help him get better posture and gave him some pointers on his cell phone holding etiquette. Lol we will definitely be returning to his clinic.

She is great and has assembled a wonderful team. BEST listened carefully to me and made me felt seen. I had severe Diastasis Recti and went to BEST to help strengthen my body and address the DR. I was suffering daily from extreme lower back pain, poor incontinence, mummy tummy, being unable to run or jump (or play with my kids in this way), or lift medium weight objects. It affected my daily life in a severe way. BEST brought me to a place where I wouldn't suffer from lower back pain however I still elected to get surgery to repair my body, but BEST was with me the whole time in recovery. Right after surgery, they were extremely accommodating and patient and taught me how to move around to encourage healing. They gave me a daily exercise plan to follow with check-ins twice a week post surgery. As I progressed and became stronger, check-ins became less frequent. I also discovered I had a Labrum tear on both hips post surgery. This was a preexisting injury that came known post surgery. I couldn't touch my toes without pain, sit crossed legged, and would have shooting pain sometimes. BEST helped me so much strengthening my body so I no longer have pain from my hips, I can sit crisscrossed, and touch my toes (which means I can put my own shoes on and put on my own clothes). I did not have to get surgery for the tear by working with BEST. I highly recommend BEST. Even if it may be difficult to make an appointment. They're really great.

The assistant came in to set up an exercise for me then left while I was doing it only to return and tell me I was doing it incorrectly. He did this for the remainder of the exercises I was given as well. My assessment - individuals that are not engaged in patient care, may be either poorly trained or perhaps relatively incompetent to provide care. I terminated my care after one session and found a reputable place that actually cares about their patients and provides appropriate exercise, direction and support.

The personal care by the therapist, Todd R, helped me overcome my neck and, thereafter, my knee pain, in a time-bound manner. OPTM concentrates on one issue, resolves it, and then takes up the next. I took specific sessions for the neck and then for the knee. I could get both issues resolved. At OPTM, patient progress is reviewed and recorded on every visit and compared to the problem assessment done during the first visit. A periodic review is conducted by another therapist to ensure unbiased feedback. The system at OPTM Saratoga is simple, friendly, and focused. Entire credit for this clockwise precision goes to the Clinic Director, Benjamin Turner. It is his leadership which has been instrumental in ensuring professionalism at every step. I found all at OPTM are kind, courteous, and respectful. Ms Emerald is at the reception, and she, along with the other staff, ensures that patient scheduling and check-ins are to the satisfaction of each patient. It is challenging at times, but she does it with a smile. Cleanliness, hygiene, and seemingly negligible matters are taken care of for every patient. All in all, I am totally satisfied, and now my wife is getting her treatment here.

Fortunately, there are good and compassionate people who are trained in the restoration of mobility for those of us who are in need of a tune-up. Few of us want to be consigned to the rocking chair, unable to get onto the floor to play with our grandchildren. Speaking of good and compassionate professionals, I would heartily recommend Peak Physical Therapy in Cupertino for several reasons: 1 - From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel like a welcomed member of a family. The first people I met were the receptionists and, truly, they were glad to see me. I received this same welcoming feeling every time I arrived for a session, not just from the receptionists but from everyone. 2 - Of note was that my therapist NEVER treated me as just another body in some production line. Yes, I have had that experience elsewhere. She focused completely on me, quickly assessing my needs and developing an efficient plan of stretching and strength building. She was always polite and engaging, the kind of person that you would treasure as a good friend. 3 - Also telling, the other patients seemed very happy to be there as well. Obviously, their needs were being met and hope for restoration was being fostered. And that is one of the great gifts that Peak has to offer: hope. But, of course, we, as patients have a role to play in our own recovery. 4 - There are a good number of aides to assist the P/Ts. Every aide I worked with was pleasant, courteous, professional, and really helpful if I had questions about an exercise or needed a bit of help getting a strap around my big shoes. 5 - The facility itself is spacious, well-lit, clean, and feels comfortable. Items, such as towels, pillows, the treatment tables, etc. are cleaned after each patient. They have their own washer/dryer. (Not for patient use, unfortunately.) In summary, please avoid trying to self-diagnose or form your own recovery plan. Let the professionals at Peak set you on the best road to recovery in a safe, efficient manner.

Before coming to her, I had seen several other physical therapists with no improvement, to the point where I truly believed my knees were permanently damaged. I had injured the tendons in both knees, and despite seeing multiple doctors, the pain persisted for so long that they began suspecting autoimmune conditions. I was discouraged, in constant discomfort, and losing hope--until I found Michelle. Reading the amazing reviews about her gave me hope, and I am endlessly grateful to everyone who shared their experience and led me to her. Michelle is by far the most caring, knowledgeable, and supportive physical therapist anyone could ever ask for. She takes the time to truly listen, and then carefully designs a treatment plan tailored to your body's needs. Every exercise she recommended was intentional and effective--nothing generic or rushed. Thanks to Michelle, my knee pain has decreased significantly. She has helped me strengthen the right muscles, rebuild stability, and regain confidence in my movement. Today, I'm not only walking without pain--I can hike and even dance again, things I thought I might never do comfortably. Michelle has an incredibly warm and encouraging presence that makes each session something I actually look forward to. She genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to help them heal. If you're struggling with chronic pain or past injuries and feel like nothing has worked--please don't give up until you've seen Michelle. She is truly exceptional.

Dr. Mehta did an x-ray that found no arthritis or bone spurs. She recommended PT type exercises. She said it was a minor tear and didn't recommend surgery that could possibly make it worse over time and cause arthritis. I did the exercises religiously for a month and took a prescription anti-inflammatory for a week. For years I continued to play tennis and pickleball with no recurring discomfort as long as I did the exercises three times a week. As I approach 80 years old (now I walk/hike/bike ride instead of court sports) I still have no issues with the knee. And a study recently came out saying meniscus surgery has proven to cause a worsening of the tear and painful arthritis. THANK YOU Dr. Mehta for protecting and improving my life.

Save your body, save your time, and save your money and go somewhere else…read more I paid out of network expecting timely orthopedic care; what I got was absolutely zero physical exam, a denied MRI, weeks of delay, and a threat to call 911 when I asked for accountability. I went to see Dr. Pamela Mehta as an out-of-network patient because I was in severe pain in my hip/pelvis area and wanted help quickly. Unfortunately, the visit was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional medical experiences I have had. Before the appointment, I was asked to get an X-ray. At the visit, Dr. Mehta looked at the X-ray and told me it looked fine. When I pointed to the exact area where I had pain, she seemed unsure whether the issue was my hip, rib, abdomen, intestines, or pelvis. That alone was concerning, but what concerned me most was that there was essentially no physical examination at all. She did not ask me to perform any movements, did not test range of motion, did not ask me to lift my leg, did not examine my gait, and did not physically evaluate the painful area. I explained that the pain felt bone-related and became worse when standing on my left foot, but there was still no meaningful hands-on evaluation. Instead, she ordered an MRI and recommended ibuprofen. The MRI was then denied by insurance more than once. Based on the denial explanation I received, the medical necessity was not documented adequately, and the clinical reasoning submitted does not appear to have matched my actual symptoms. Weeks later, the issue is still unresolved, and the office seemed unclear about the peer-to-peer process and the status of the authorization. The whole reason I paid out of network was that I was in serious pain and needed timely, competent care. Instead, I left with no clear diagnosis, no real exam, an MRI request that insurance rejected, and weeks of delay. This is exactly the kind of experience that makes patients lose trust in medical providers: a quick visit, little actual evaluation, an expensive out-of-network bill, and poor follow-through when the authorization fails. When I later went to the office to ask what was going on, the interaction became even more concerning. I was frustrated, but I was there because I had paid for care and still had no answer. During that office interaction, Dr. Mehta initially said something along the lines of reimbursing me so I would leave. When I responded that yes, I wanted my money back, she immediately changed position and said I would not be reimbursed, then threatened to call 911. To me, that felt retaliatory and punitive, not professional. It came across less like a physician trying to resolve a legitimate patient complaint and more like someone trying to use pressure and intimidation once I challenged the quality of care and asked for a refund. Based on my experience, this visit raised serious concerns about competency, documentation, follow-through, professionalism, and judgment under pressure. A doctor can have a bad day, but appearing unsure about the source of pain, skipping a meaningful physical exam, submitting an MRI request that gets denied repeatedly, and then threatening to call 911 after a patient asks for accountability says a lot. I paid out of network expecting expertise, urgency, and professionalism. What I experienced was a rushed and inadequate evaluation, poor documentation, poor follow-through, and an extremely unprofessional response when I questioned the care. If you have hip or pelvis pain and need a careful physical exam, clear clinical reasoning, proper insurance documentation, and respectful follow-through, I would not recommend this office based on my experience. = What is especially troubling about this response is the gaslighting. Instead of addressing the substance of my complaint, Dr. Mehta is trying to rewrite the situation as if the main issue was patient behavior rather than the quality of care, lack of meaningful examination, poor follow-through, and failed MRI authorization process. She says there was a "well documented physical exam." That does not match my experience in the room. I was not asked to perform meaningful movement testing, range-of-motion testing, gait evaluation, leg raise testing, or any hands-on examination of the painful area. Claiming after the fact that a complete exam occurred does not change what I experienced as the patient. She also claims law enforcement was contacted because of "threatening behavior." I strongly reject that characterization. No law enforcement ever showed up, and from my perspective, the 911 threat was used to intimidate me and reframe a legitimate patient complaint as a safety issue in front of other patients and staff. The issue is not simply that insurance denied the MRI. The issue is that I paid out of network expecting timely, competent orthopedic care, but received no clear diagnosis, no meaningful exam from my perspective, poor follow-through, and then a false accusation that I was thr
