Empanada criolla $3 and really delicious
    Clariee J.

Just in case anyone's wondering, it's still delicious if you Door Dash it. I got a Caribbean sandwich this time. Bread was soft and warm, the veggie meat and green olives inside gave some nice salty bites. I dunno what the sauce is but it's good. Careful, though; this is one of those sandwiches that will spill out the back when you bite it if you're not careful. The empanadas were smaller than I expected but also as delicious as I expected. That spicy potato one is GOOD. The spinach feta is good too but paired with the salty sandwich, it tasted a bit salty as well. The yuca fries are yuca fries :)

The customer service is awesome. The food is just as great. It's a nice place that is comfortable for eating and is overall a nice environment. The food is superb. I tried a Caribbean Sandwich and I felt like buying a whole lot more. I truly recommend it.

A simple cafe with a GREAT menu!

Look! I need good tasting food that is good for me and fills me up so that I won't need to be snacking within 90 minutes. That's what I get at TC. This is a menu that bends toward latin cuisine without breaking the bank. The secret here is that the menu is SO good that you wouldn't know that it is largely VEGAN. There it is. I said it. It's H-E-A-L-T-H-Y. We typically pick the entree of the day, a side and a couple of fresh salads. We are never disappointed. It's not fast food, because it is good food. You can watch them make it. There will be a friendly staff member ready to answer your questions about each item and make recommendations. Hey, I highly recommend it!

The bathrooms are always clean, which I appreciate. Paid street parking is usually easy to find, though during busy hours it can take a little more time. The veggie fajitas are an absolute treat and full of flavor. The guacamole is fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the salsa is truly top notch. One of the most delightful surprises is that the churros are vegan, and they are unforgettable. The Papillón dish is especially meaningful. It can be made vegan and comes from the owner's grandmother's recipe in Guatemala. That personal touch really shines through and makes the menu feel inspired and unique. There used to be a young blonde male bartender who was hands down one of the best servers I have ever had. He was personable and somehow remembered both your order and your conversations even months later. That level of hospitality really stood out. Prices are not cheap, and the ingredients are not explicitly organic, but the quality, flavor, and thoughtful menu make it well worth it. Highly recommend if you are looking for consistently great food and a standout dining experience in Chattanooga.

We stayed in Chattanooga 5 days and we were here 4/5 days. Only because we didn't find out about it until the day after we got there. From the salsas, to the hospitality, to the crispy but warm delicious pupusa! This place is a must. The sizing of the pupusa was generous. I lost count of how many mixtas I ate - combo of frijoles chicharrón y queso. Overall a 10/10 experience and WILL be going back another time in life. Muchas gracias por el servicio.

My friend and I came here, got seated quickly, and ordered right away. We both got horchata and three pupusas. I picked a Chicken, Chicken and Cheese, and Bean and Cheese pupusas. When I first ordered it I wasn't sure how large the pupusas would be and if it would be enough. But after seeing it and eating, the portion size was perfect. Every bite was delicious. The filling inside was delicious and had a generous amount. But don't even get me started on the sides. The curtido (pickled veggies/vinegar slaw) was incredible. When they dropped off our food, they also gave us a full container of curtido. After we were done with our food, our container was finished as well. There was only juice left inside and if I wasn't full, I would've drank that thing. It had the perfect tang, not too vinegar-y or too acidic, and the vegetables were so crunchy and fresh. And the salsa too! Flavorful, had a nice kick, perfect spice level. I've heard good things about this place for years and after coming here, it's not hard to see why. I look forward to coming back here again.

Fairly busy but seated right away, brought water instantly and quickly took our drink order. Modelo (served with lime like it should be but is not always) and TROPICALIA IPA which was delicious. Their glasses are etched nicely but they come with drink coozies. I wanted to buy and at end of lunch waitress said we could keep if we wanted. Now the food: DELICIOUS. My husband ordered ahi tuna bowl and it was fresh, great veggies and ahi was great. I had the chicken po boy with confusion potatoes. The seasoning on potatoes was so excellent we bought a bottle of the seasoning. (And one is on every table for use in case you want more). Their glasses baguette was fresh and chunky with yummiest sauce. Chicken was juicy and seasoned perfect. But the best sort was put altogether with the cucumbers, lettuce and tomato...it was a hot sandwich that was refreshing and not too filling on a blazing hot day. The service was fantastic and fun vibe. I would definitely come again and again.

When we walked inside we realized that both places were combined inside which was cool. It was very spacious with many tables and places to sit. We came on a Tuesday for lunch, it wasn't that busy. I ordered a Carne Asada plate and chose flour tortillas. It also came with a Jarritos drink too, you can choose which flavored drink you want from the fridge by the counter. My friend got a pupusa, and carne asada (beef) and chicken tacos. The carne asada was phenomenal. I was really surprised at the portion of beef that came with my plate, it was huge. Not only that, but it was flavored and seasoned so well. It was savory and tasty. The frijoles (beans) and arroz (rice) was good, and the veggies on the side tasted very fresh. I took a bite of my friend's beef taco too and it was great. Every bite from my dish was great, I loved it. The only thing was that I wish the sides were a little bigger in proportion to the carne asada. For me, the sides are just as important as the protein. So I wish they gave a little more to balance out the whole dish. Other than that, I liked what I ordered. I'd come back for the carne asada and ice cream.
