My order: Taco de Asada in a flour tortilla, another in corn tortilla, a tripe taco, and a Chorreada. May might not be familiar with this type of taco. Its a hardened corn tortilla flat shell, slathered with "Asientos" which is a type of sediment left over after frying pork, topped with your choice of protein. Their sauces are delicious, a bit different from the standard So-cal sauces we are used to. They shower the tacos in 2 sauces, one for spice, the other chunkier red sauce is all for taste. At one point, David even walked around with a freshly made pepperoni and jalapeño pizza that he made on the spot without us even asking. Our guests loved it! That level of attentiveness really impressed me and meant a lot as the host.
