First I made a call and order", and when I got there they proceeded to throw the smoothie in the garbage. I walked over how to one of the tables and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes. Then got a phone call I walked outside to talk on the phone. when I walked back in they proceeded to tell me they threw the smoothie away again and then that I didn't pay so they weren't going to make another one. I told him I would've paid if they would've asked but no one did and the manager came out and started talking to me. I told him what it happened and he walked back for a good 10 minutes and then came back out and asked me again when I place my call and order. I used to love this place when it first opened. The smoothies were delicious, big, and I could drive through quickly. However, they have drastically gone down hill fast! Now every time, I go for a smoothie I'm asked to pull forward where I then have to wait 15 minutes for a smoothie to be brought out to me. Not the convenience I went through a drive thru to achieve. This is as close to Jamba Juice as you can possibly get. They have dozens of smoothie flavors (and are willing to make drinks that are not on the menu), a great food menu, friendly staff, and a colorful tropical atmosphere. For a few dollars you get a perfectly sized (large) smoothie, and a great selection of food items. They also offer weekly coupons and promotions. I swung through the drive-thru a few weeks ago and got a chocolate-peanut butter-banana smoothie. It wasn't bad, could use more peanut butter, but it's difficult to strike the perfect balance between chocolate and P.B. My main concern with this place is...it seems like a bad Nickelodeon TV show. High school students were running the place...it took a really long time to get one smoothie. Every time I drive by, the line seems to be backed up. This is a simple, new smoothie/sandwich shop. Not a hometown joint but more like one of those new trending franchises. I can't speak for the smoothies as I did not have one, but I can attest to the Chicken Pesto pita sandwich being delicious. It does not feed a hungry man on its own and carries a steep price tag for a small sandwich. But it did taste good. The cold wraps and sandwiches do not really seem worth it. The smoothies look tasty and pricing is fair on those. This is not normally a place I would frequent, but I can say they do a good job packaging carry out orders. Nothing to really write home to your parents about here, but definitely a place to grab a sandwich, smoothie and chips - perhaps on a hot summer day. Yikes! Still trying to drink my smoothie. Why are there icebergs in my chia banana smoothie? Did I order it on the rocks? Nah. And when they said there's whole grain oats, they weren't kidding. The only smoothie place I go. The staff is always having a good time, and everything tastes good.

The smoothie was delicious-I got the Paradise Point (strawberries, bananas, and pineapple). The only "problem" i had was to not be able to order a smaller size--they only serve them as 20 or 24 oz, I don't remember exactly. The fish tacos I ordered were extremely good. Instead of cabbage they had lettuce, but none of that worthless iceberg lettuce. This was good crispy romaine and went well with their spicy mango relish-yum! The baja sauce was also very good. Ok I've tried multiple times to give more chances but I will not be coming back to this location-at least four. I've gotten different flavors of smoothies and they all have been flavorless and nothing but ice. I don't appreciate paying six dollars for purple ice. The sugar should not be the flavor. My granddaughter and I visited this place and it was great! The smoothies were awesome. She went with a banana/strawberry and I had a healthy one with avacado and kelp and other goodies (and no sugar). What I love is that they only use turbinado sugar and you can order any smoothie with no sugar, turbinado, or artificial sweetner. I also tried a couple of fish tacos and they were EXCELLENT! Two with the smoothie was very filling, but these were definitely authentic, California style fish tacos. I really enjoyed both the smoothies and the food and cannot understand why this place has such a low number of stars. They are always busy. Try it. You will love it! read more

Not sure whats going on with this store. They changed the veggie hummus wrap and last time I got it was like mush in a wrap, I could not even finish it. It was so messy and almost inedible. It used to be my favorite sandwich but definitely not ordering it again. Their smoothies are also very inconsistent and seem to taste different every time depending on who's making them. I have had the Avocolada on many occasions and last time I had it it was fantastic. I am drinking it now and it doesnt even taste like the same recipe at all, it has an awful bitter flavor to it. If they can just be more consistent with the smoothies I would continue to go back but this is at least 3 times of wishing I went somewhere else. read more

Poor service. Showed up at 8:50. Store says lobby open until 9pm but doors were locked. Kylee the so called manager just stared at us through the locked door. Then a family of six showed up and pulled on the door and she ignored them too. I pulled around through the drive through and asked why the lobby was closed and she simply said because we have to clean and move the tables at night. I said but it's 8:50 and she said umm hmmm as if so what. All she had was a broom and a dust pan no tables moved. Horrible service. I asked for the manager and she said she was I asked who the owner was and she said Joe. I asked for his number she can't give it to me. I asked for a corporate number or email she said go to the website. Horrible service and I usually patronize this Resteraunt after my gym workouts at LA Fitness down the street. I've had a gift card I've tried to use 2x since June 12. First time I was told the card reader wasn't working. Next time, in July, told the system needed updating. Called weeks later, before I went only to be told an update still needed and they'd buy back the card. Emailed corporate last week and received No response. Very disappointing and I feel the gift card issue should have been addressed by now (August 2). read more

The smoothies are delicious, and that is the only reason there are two stars. The staff who work later in the day (7-9 PM) are always sassy and rude. Not sure who hired these girls, but they are NOT meant to be in the service industry. Trust me, I get it, I can see you HATE your job, but that doesn't mean you have to treat people like shit. I'm spending my money that I earned (working in the service industry, too!) and I'd rather not have my mood completely turn to shit just because you hate your job. Really, really consider firing some of your staff and hiring better people. Or else I guarantee you will lose regular customers. read more

I really used to love this place, they had an amazing breakfast sandwich that I purchased almost daily! Then they changed the menu, and got a bunch of high school stoners to work the drive through, now EVERY SINGLE time I go there, my order is wrong and they act like I'm from Mars when I double check it then tell them they got it wrong. Take two seconds to use your listening skills kiddos, or pick up a pen and paper to write it down if it's that difficult to remember....it's really upsetting to get your food home and realize it's wrong all the time.... read more
