This review is from a Door Dash order, so can't really comment about the business. I wanted something light and cool, and I decided to get a smoothie. I have also had the acai bowls from here before so I decided to get another one. Both arrived and were very good. The acai bowl was full of fruit, most of it very fresh. The chia banana smoothie I got was ok, not the most flavorful but I thought I would try it. I would like to think I would order from here again. Based on other reviews, I hope the store is cleaner and the service better. My order was done promptly, and I received it in good time. Hope things have changed for the better. read more

When I sId something Jada the horrible manager got an attitude w me, rude laughing in my face. Had to argue to get my money back. Very unprofessional. I got a smoothie today from here. I have been coming here more lately but what I heard one employee say to the other employee after a customer left, had me completely shocked. Since this employee wasn't wearing a name tag I can only tell you what she said and when she said it. Today is July 25 and at around 2:50 your employee was asked by a customer to make a food item. The skinnier employee said "oh we are out of that" to the customer and the the bigger employee genuinely trying to help said "oh we are?" and the employee replied yes. After the customer left, the skinnier girl said to the other girl, "If we don't feel like making something we just tell the customer we are out of it." Hey owner your going to loose business with employees like this. My smoothie was good though but as a general manager of a fast food restaurant myself, I would not be ok with this being my employee. I would like to update the bigger girls name who was kind and took our order name was Alyssa so the other girl is the one who told the customer that they were out of some thing and then proceeded to tell Alyssa that if they don't feel like making some thing to tell the customer they're out. Just went in after work to pickup a smoothie. Mocha madness with peanut butter added was delicious. That being said, as soon as I walk in the first thing I notice it 3 girls in skimpy outfits sitting at a table and LOUDLY gossiping and cussing about one of their "friends." After waiting about 10 seconds to be acknowledged one of the girls gets up to take me order. Weird that she's sitting on the job and is dressed like that to work. I've been in food service for 6 years, so I would know that it's not very professional. The young man who made my smoothie was very nice and told me to have a good day. As for everyone else who is staffing the place, they could do with some training as well as some self respect. Table was gross and had straw wrappers, receipts and dried smoothies on it. Wouldn't recommend this place. This is the only "bad" review I've ever written, but bad service is the one thing that always gets me. Definitely won't be coming back :( read more

But I did, my delivery never made it, I got a text because I was working from home saying they couldn't find my address, even though the address is on the side of the house. Grabbed a smoothie for my coworker and I before heading off to work. I order a smoothie off the menu and she wanted hers made differently. The worker gave me another customer smoothie and when my coworker noticed it, I called the store to informed them of the mix up. Immediately, I was to blame for taking the wrong smoothie. I asked to go back for the correct one and he agreed. Well, my office is about 15mins away from the store and I had a meeting. 2hrs later- After finally having the time to go back to the store, my coworker wanted a refund. Then I noticed she only gave me 4$ for a smoothie that was 5.49$ BEFORE taxes. Two smoothies totaling 10.63 and I only got back 4$. When I addressed the small amount, the manager then proceeded to explain I got the smoothie during happy hour 7am-9am. Overall, customer service sucks! I used to love to come to this location for lunch, but yesterday changed my whole perspective of this restaurant. I have an hour lunch. They are very slow in preparing food orders and they have young adults working their restaurant who don't know how to properly conduct business. There was a young man who worked the register to help take in orders, who then proceeded to go and help prepare meals with NO GLOVES on (during a pandemic.) I went up to the counter to explain to a young lady what I had just witnessed. She proceeds to tell me that he has on gloves, I explained to her that I watched him put on gloves after prepping an order with no gloves. She tells me sorry and proceeds to the back area to "re-prep my order". I continued to sit and wait for my order. (I ordered a Sunrise Sunset and Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread on a tortilla instead). There was a lobby of about 20 people and they cleared all orders while I became the last person sitting in the restaurant waiting for my sandwich. A young lady approached me asking me what did I order. (They forgot to re-prepare my meal and also forgot what I had ordered). I reiterated my order to her. She says okay and prepares my order. 10 minutes later, I get my food and proceed back to work. I spent 50 minutes in their store waiting for a smoothie and a sandwich wrap. As I drive while I eat on my way back to work, I realize that the sandwich I got was not what I asked for. They gave me a flatbread sandwich with just chicken, cheese and bacon. This did not include lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch, which are included in the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It instantly made me upset again and I had no choice but to eat what they had given me at this point. I called the manager and left a voicemail on her phone and she called me back to explain that she will replace a smoothie for me. At the time, I thought it was at least something to replace my horrible experience, but I later realized that I should be compensated for my entire meal. I came into the store today (9-2-20) to speak to the manager to negotiate a total meal replacement and she spoke over me several times telling me that they replaced my meal and a smoothie is all that she can give me. I did not appreciate the tone, over talking and complete combativeness from the manager, so I expressed that I will no longer eat at this location for lunch any more. She says "okay, fine". I feel that this is TOTALLY unprofessional because I eat at this restaurant almost every day and give them my continued business, only to be treated so unfairly.
