Always very friendly & quick. Wide variety of drink options & they're very customizable. They also have a couple drinks in a kiddy size, which is nice when you're not up for the whole thing. They also offer food, but I have never checked that out. I appreciate that they also have a bunch of add ins and protein variety, whey, pea, & soy. Its new. So its still clean. But took forever to get 1 smoothie. Also asked for Splenda instead of the regular sugar they put in there. But my smoothie tasted like water. It wasn't flavorful at all. read more

I like coming to this particular TSC because they always have some sort of special, discount, or promotion! They have happy hour in the morning from 7AM-9AM, the smoothies are $3 during that time period. Typically, they're busy, but that's to be expected! Customer service is great, the store is clean, the shelves are stocked with fruits + chips, and my smoothies are always delicious. read more

I have never encountered such horrible customer service as I have today. The cashier refused to give me her name but she called me names, refused to provide me the information for management, talked about me with other staff and performed several rude gestures toward me throughout the encounter. This location was extremely dirty and gross. The whole place had trash everywhere on the tables and the floor. The employees weren't even working with gloves on who were handling cash. It wasn't even busy we're they didn't have the time to clean up or take their time, just gross. read more

This is the most inconsistent Tropical Smoothie I've been to. You can order the same smoothie with nothing added back to back and they'll taste totally different. They've now swapped their straws for smaller straws so you have to suck so hard to barely get a mouthful. Most of their smoothies taste like ice for some reason. And today, my oats are not blended in my smoothie they're just sitting on top of it. They also went from cutting my sandwiches halfway to not cutting them entirely. If the other locations weren't 30 plus mins away from me I would have never returned to this location after the first time they didn't make my smoothie right. If you go here and your smoothie isn't right, you know why. Cause they're terrible. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I got here at 8:10pm stood in a line and then was denied food service! I come here all the time to order food after the gym around the same time and have never been denied ! I also seen customers leaving after me with food !! The service worker said the cook wasn't taking anymore food orders because she wasn't going to be able to close on time !? The store closes at 9 wouldn't the workers still have time to clean up and close ? This has to be by the worst experience I have ever had at a business. I visited this location yesterday and I placed my order ordering 3 smoothies (pomegranate plunge, jetty punch (split in two cups for my children), and a island green smoothie with no pineapple (allergic) and to sub it for green apple. I heard the cashier tell the young lady Evelyn to make sure the island green had no pineapple (Evelyn then rolled her eyes and continued making smoothies).Upon receiving my smoothies after my daughters tasted them they both immediately realized they had the wrong smoothies, I waited for the associate to let her know that she had made mistake with the smoothies and separated the wrong one. The associate then offered to take the two incorrect smoothies and make them one, I said no they been drank out of. She then took the jetty punch after it had been drank out of and split it into two small cups and remade the pomegranate plunge all while being rude and speaking over me to other customers in a different language. She then finally remade the smoothies and I left. As I'm drinking a few sips my island green I start to feel a little tingle in my mouth and realizing my smoothie had been mad with pineapple. I then returned about 8:10-8:15 pm I explained to the gentleman at the register that my smoothie was incorrect and that it was made with pineapple, he the. Asked me are you sure? My response I'm positive otherwise I wouldn't have come back and my tounge wouldn't be swollen and my throat wouldn't be itching. The gentleman attempted to talk to Evelyn about the mix up and her response "I don't want to hear anything she has to say, you fix it". At this point I'm outdone and asked the gentleman for the Store manager name and he stores number. He tells me the store manger name is Brooke and pointed to the number on the receipt. I called the store on 11.6.18 at 8:20 am and asked to speak to Brooke, I proceed with the conversation expressing my experience with Brooke and her response was well what do you want me to do eventually we're ypur smoothies correct., I mean I can talk to my employee (with a really aggressive tone). I responded oh wow you know what can you give me the store owners information where I can reach him because this is horrible. You are mad at me when your employee made a mistake and responded with horrible customer service. Brooke then told me she wasn't allowed to give me the owners information, hung up the phone and before hanging up told me to go ahead and call corporate. I'm appalled by this response and the horrible service that I experienced at this location. This makes me never want to patronize another tropical smoothie ever. This is unacceptable and she doesn't even understand the severity of giving me pineapple after I specifically told them that I had an allergy. Unbelievable. worst tropical smoothie experience ever! got 2 chicken bacon ranch wraps & there was no bacon in them! also paid for coconut & it was not in my smoothie! i also got my friend a caprice sandwich they asked me if i wanted to add bacon i say yes pay an extra 75 cents for the bacon that wasn't in the sandwich! there was only 3 people working. they looked very overwhelmed & flustered! they need to hire more workers! read more
