A fun and quirky place to get coffee and hot breakfast. The place is a container stationed next to the Lorenzo hotel. There are plenty of tables and chairs. They even got 2 restrooms. It must be cute out here in the evening when the patio lights are turned on. I had a cold brew with vanilla and creamer and a chorizo, eggs, potatoes burrito. That burrito was big-Tex size! It must have taken them at least half a dozen eggs to make it! The salsa that came with it had a little bit of kick, which was nice.

A hotdog sized treat for $3.25 is a much better choice to the $17+tax and tip in the Lorenzo hotel itself. I had the sausage, jalapeño and cheese and the dough was fluffy without being sweet or greasy. Not the best Kolache but enough for me to enjoy it. I got a cappuccino here and wouldn't recommend it, especially for the price. Definitely a dark roast and the machine is a full milk and flavors and coffee so the mixtures of milk to coffee were way off to me. The lady was kind and gave me an extra shot of espresso but it just didn't help when I prefer a dry (foamy) cap. Good service as a one-woman show. but the line can get long during peak times!

Decent tacos. Better quesadillas. Cute outside seating if you just want to walk from the hotel and not have to drive.

Ummmm very bland. Hardly any meat on the tacos. Convenient if you're at Hotel Lorenzo but other than that, eat elsewhere.

Our event coordinator had already been in contact with each hotel's sales team regarding room blocks, but my fiancé and I wanted to personally see the properties before recommending them to 30-40 hotel room blocks. Although we arrived after sales office hours, Liz at the front desk was exceptionally kind. She walked us through the restaurants commonly used for private events, explained the renovation timeline, and invited us to take our time exploring before returning to the front desk to view a standard guest room. Unfortunately, our experience changed when another employee, who later identified himself as Clayton, a manager, stepped in. It appeared he had been listening to our conversation but had not introduced himself. He abruptly informed us that we would not be able to view a room. We explained that our event coordinator was already working with the sales manager regarding room blocks and pricing, and that we were simply trying to ensure we felt confident recommending the hotel to our family and friends. Despite understanding the situation, he remained unwilling to accommodate the request. His only suggestion was that we purchase a room if we wanted to see one. For us, this interaction spoke volumes. Hospitality isn't just about beautiful rooms--it's about making potential guests feel welcomed and valued. If this was the experience we received as prospective clients considering multiple wedding events and dozens of room nights, it gave us pause about what our guests might experience. As a result, we will likely to move our room block, welcome dinner, Saturday event, and Sunday brunch where we're met with warmth, flexibility, and genuine hospitality from the moment we arrive. The Joule is undeniably a beautiful property, but customer service plays a major role in our decision-making. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling that our business was neither appreciated nor wanted.

I'm going to full up admit that I did a terrible job getting pictures so you're just going to have to trust me. I got to see and visit with my daughter and granddaughter so was over the moon! We ordered the Grilled Lamb Chop Lollipops and the Brisket Risotto Balls for an appetizer. There are only 3 lollipops but they were INCREDIBLE! The presentation was beautiful! The brisket risotto balls were good. Think "boudain" balls. Reinspired and tasty. I ordered the Duck & Rope Pasta, my other half ordered the Beef Arrarbbiata and my daughter and granddaughter shared the Steak Frites. All of it was delicious! The duck confit in the Duck & Rope Pasta was perfect! Don't be scared on this one. It is worth it! For dessert, we ordered the Ferrero Rocher and HOLEY MOLEY! It was huge and delicious. This dessert is rich with the perfect sweetness that won't bite you in the jaw. It is shareable! Overall, I am so happy we tried Bucket & Rope! The service was amazing and I just can't say enough about the quality of the food and overall experience! Thank you Bucket & Rope for a memorable meal!
