She did not give us a receipt and when we asked for it the Dude Perfect was not on there showing the offer was redeemed. Long-time customers notice these things, and it affects the overall experience. With Gyro Hut opening next door, I'll be taking my business there instead. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my regular spots, but the recent decline in quality and service has made me look elsewhere.
