This, I've discerned, is why sometimes when you go in the meal is five stars, and other times it's one star. They don't make your crapes fresh. Everyone knows the difference between a fresh hot off the griddle pancake, and one that's been premade in some gross hotel breakfast warmer. Well, that's why their crapes are sometimes amazing and sometimes truly disappointing. (They don't even bother putting them in the warmer,) You can peek into the kitchen and see the big pile of gross cold dry crapes piles up. No, no, nope! Done. I've even started asking at the front counter if I can get a fresh made one and not one off the pile of premade dry cold flat gross crapes, and both times I've asked, they've told me no, they can't make me a fresh one, I have to get mine off of the cold dried out dead stack.
