Service was pretty good. Our server was really efficient which I can appreciate. Ambience was nice, not bright not too dark. The bbq ribs were l ok. A little dry and hard but the sauce was really good. They we came close to closing so I can't blame them too much. They were out of ribeye steaks which was my first choice. My sister ordered another steak choice and she wasn't happy with her meal. She does keto but decided to have rice and she said the rice was really hard. It was good overall but I can't see myself wanting to wait as long as I did to try this place again.

My husband and I came in to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was fun and modern, with the open kitchen and music playing. Service was positive and quick. We enjoyed the pork chop and Diablo pasta with the housemade lemonade and key lime pie to finish. The flavors were great and portions were sizeable. I thought the pork chop could have been just slightly more tender. My husband loved his pasta and it wasn't too spicy. The lemonade is subtle - kind of like a carbonated fruit water with just a little sweetness to it. Overall, a very positive experience! Definitely one we would recommend!

Amazing restaurant in Hurricane, UT which is outside of Zion! Had the best Portobello Fries, French Toast, and Superpowerbowl salad!! I am a salad snob, and love finally chopped, well mixed salads, made with great quality ingredients!!! This one was one of the best!!!

This is our second time eating here and we are obsessed! My husband is picky about meat and they always cook it to his exact specifications (usually rare). I've had the Rigatoni and this time had the Chicken Cutlets and they're all so flavorful! Our party also had the chocolate cake this time and it was decadent! This is an industrial eclectic vibe restaurant with regular seating and bar seating.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, separate bar options for seating, excellent beverages and friendly staff. Reservations are recommended, but not necessary if you're patient, it's worth the wait.

Pig's ear Bistro has some of my favorite food in Southern Utah. Tried the Mac n Cheese this time and it was soooo good! The service was acceptable. Only thing I don't love about Pig's Ear is the atmosphere is not overly inviting. The minimalist aesthetic makes it feel more like a strip mall restaurant than a higher-end destination with great food.

If I could give this place 1000,000 stars I would! We have tried to get into pigs, ear bistro before and have had a hard time because it is always packed! My advice: make a reservation! Plan to take your time and enjoy the ambiance. We were recommended to try the mac & cheese and the Key lime pie. One of my girls got the mac & cheese, and we all wished we had gotten that! It was incredible! The shaking beef was also to die for. The kids meals came with a beautiful Sunday so I ordered two desserts for myself. I had to try the crème brûlée as well as the bread pudding. Both were fantastic, and I was glad I didn't share! 11/10 for Pigs Ear Bistro! I can't wait to go back!

Are hipsters a thing in Hurricane? Rad spot for a post Zion meal. Staff was super kind and my assumption is that this place is for the people who love Utah enough to not leave it and move to Silver Lake. I got a tasty burger. I love the sign on the door that minors can't enter through the bar. Kids portions were rather small so they lose a star for that.

Make a reservation on voicemail to save time. This is one of the few foodie places to dine (and also serve cocktails). The atmosphere lacks decor is quite loud with slab floors and high ceilings but I hear sound tiles for the ceiling are coming soon. The bar was nothing special with stools to sit-up to but seemed to be in the overflow dining area. We enjoyed the whiskey sours with the fried portobello appetizer and mustard/horseradish? dipping sauce. Then we tried the wedge salad which was pretty typical with chunky bleu cheese but super crisp and cold. For dinner he loved the full rack of ribs that were very meaty and molasses sauced served with mac n cheese and coleslaw. I was steered away from ordering the ribeye and chose the NY with asparagus and substituted mac n cheese for the au gratin potatoes. The steak was very flavorful and perfectly prepared. I loved the mac with a bit of horseradish bite I think. We took extra steak, veggies and mac home for a third meal. For the finale we shared bread pudding with cream and cinnamon topping. Excellent service. Would definitely go again and try more things we just couldn't fit in.

    Is there RV parking nearby?

The streets on either side of the building are large enough for an RV, there is also a unpaved lot on the south side of the building. Thanks

5-Star Review: Spiritual Speakeasy - A Hidden Gem Cocktail Parlor in Downtown St. George…read moreIf you're in St. George and craving a night out that feels worlds away from the typical Utah bar scene, Spiritual Speakeasy (2 W St. George Blvd #5, right at Ancestor Square) is an absolute must. It's not just another spot--it's a true speakeasy-style cocktail lounge with that perfect moody, intimate Prohibition-era vibe. Think dim lighting, plush vintage settees and ornate seating that feels like stepping into a gothic 1800s parlor, gilded mirrors, stone crosses, and an electric yet cozy energy that's ideal for date night, a special occasion, or just unwinding with friends. Spiritual Speakeasy Bar (2026) - All You MUST Know Before You Go (with Reviews) The cocktails here are next-level--award-winning (they've taken Best Bar in Southern Utah multiple times, and it shows). I went with the Smoked Old Fashioned (beautifully balanced, smoky perfection with premium spirits) and the Spicy Dead Lady (a creative, flavorful kick that's become a favorite). They also do standouts like Espresso Martini, Pornstar Martini, Skull Chapel, and Holy Grail, all crafted with top-shelf ingredients including Utah's own High West whiskeys. The bartenders are true mixologists--super knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to chat about the spirits or customize something just for you. Spiritual Speakeasy - St. George, UT | joe coffee It's open daily from 5 PM to 1 AM (or 2 AM some nights), with live DJs on weekends adding to the lively but not overwhelming atmosphere. It's intimate (can feel a bit cozy/crowded when busy), and the music can get loud, but that's part of the electric speakeasy charm. Service is attentive, though it can slow down on peak nights--totally worth it. In a town not exactly known for wild nightlife, this place punches way above its weight. Sophisticated, fun, and unexpectedly upscale. We've already made it our go-to whenever we're in St. George. If you love craft cocktails and a unique vibe, hunt it down--you won't regret it. Highly recommended! (Pro tip: Look for the hidden entrance vibe--they make it feel like a real discovery.)

I took a star off because the guy who checked our IDs in the front didn't tell us it was open seating, so we just stood there waiting to be helped not knowing what to do if we can sit anywhere , or needed to wait. The bartender didn't stop to welcome us , or let us know it was open seating. We aren't locals, nor have we been before, so standing there without any direction was kind of not welcoming. Overall, it was a cool vibe, drinks were good, however not sure if I would return when I do come into town.

What a delightful experience, . . . perhaps our best dining experience ever . . . anywhere. The theme, access, and bookcase entrance were unique, interesting, and memorable; the feel, decor, setting, music, and ambience were delightful and upscale; the food was delicious and well-appointed (my miso salmon was very tasty); the mocktails were tasty; the mystery dessert and writing our review in one of their books were fun; and the staff were "without peer" from my experience. In particular, Kiley (our server) was professional, competent, timely, responsive, energetic, pleasant, attentive, friendly, and a delight to chat with. The date was a surprise to my wife (an avid fan of books), and she loved all of it. As did I. It was everything I could have ever wanted in celebrating 50 years of dating my sweetheart. The service? Spot on. If you're after an intimate, low-key spot with a warm atmosphere and a subtle speakeasy feel, this place delivers. The owners were there in person, took time to connect, and added a level of authenticity that's hard to fake. It's a bit tucked away and not where you'd expect--but that's part of the charm. A good speakeasy should feel like a find. We tried the meatballs with bacon jam, Maryland crab cakes, and the miso salmon--each one well-executed without trying too hard. Dessert was an orange cake that finished things off perfectly. Portions were just right. The cocktails stand out--not just for presentation, but for the clear intention behind them. There's a creative, almost literary theme running through the menu, and it shows real effort and originality. After talking with the bartender, it's obvious they take pride in constantly refining and creating. If you're looking for a relaxed, intimate date night spot that feels a little off the radar but fully worth it--this is one to check out.

Our first stop heading north we tried calling repeatedly to order but nobody answered the phone. We told them of our dilemma when I had to walk into a very local's bar to order. We decided on the very average chicken fettuccine Alfredo and a house entree salad. On the way back south we stopped in the hotel again, but drove around a bit beforehand. We had the dog and cat with us so the short walk across the parking area had us ordering here again. This time we ordered the, again very average, chicken Marsala, some decent onion rings and a child's small cheese pizza. Again, not much excitement here except the fact that I had returned to our room without any utensils. I was assured they were in the bag as it was dropped off to me while I sat and waited (already 20 minutes) an extra 10 minutes for my meal to be prepared. While I waited I paid and I asked the service person to please bring it out to me when complete, and to please ensure their is utensils, ketchup and ranch dressing. I didn't check the bag as I left because I had to pee. When the wife opened the bag, there was one 2oz ranch, 23 ketchup packs and "NO UTENSILS!!!" I heard that while in the bathroom. The wife stormed out of the room and had someone's a** in the restaurant portion of the establishment. That's my babe. She was pissed. Perhaps ensuring staff pays closer attention to the non-local patrons from the hotel next door, since we are the ones writing the reviews. Perhaps have someone tending to the greeting stand inside the front door to aid in getting things consistently correct from the bar or the dining room. I guess this is the place to be if you are a local, because the service is obviously not the same for the travelers passing through. Really, to-go orders should all be given utensils, regardless of the order. Dicks
