I'm actually shocked this location is still in business. It's bad enough that at 1:30pm it took an entire hour to get one smoothie. On top of that: after I gave the woman $10.35 for a $6.35 smoothie - she never came back with my change. When I went to the next window and asked for my change, it took another 15 minutes. They then came back with the incorrect amount. I was expecting four ones (as that's the correct amount I was owed) and the guy drops all my change on the ground. When I asked why there was even change when I gave the last woman exact change to avoid this exact situation and have only four ones: he stated this was the correct amount of change. I didn't want to yell at him because he's not the woman who literally took two fives, a dime, and a quarter from me so I just let it go. I understand having to wait due to it being busy, but what exactly is the explanation for not being able to count correctly? Or better yet, type numbers into a machine that does it for you? This is one of the nicest Tropical Smoothie Cafe's that I've been too! I love this restaurant! They play nice music and have an incredible kind staff. My cousin and I always stop here whenever we're in the neighborhood. They just added Quesadillas to the menu and I highly recommend the Three Cheese Chicken Quesadilla and the Sunrise Sunset smoothie. My only complaint here is that the smoothie sizes aren't BIGGER! No where on the website did it say we would have to wait in the drive thru 35 minutes for our food. I arrived to tropical smoothie a few minutes before the order was supposed to be ready. The order was already paid for. the doors were locked and a worker inside was waving to pull through the drive thru. There was 15 cars in front of me. I spent our whole lunch waiting in the drive thru for 35 minutes. When I got back to work our food was cold and smoothies warm. Kids chocolate smoothie tasted like water. Order supplements for all three and none of them had it. (I order them daily enough to know what the difference in taste is with and without supplements). Have come to this location many times and have never received such crappy watered down vile smoothies.
