Discovered this place from a chowdowndetroit video on Instagram. Soooo happy he covered this place because their food is unreal! It's located inside of a gas station/party store and they have an ordering counter inside but I would recommend ordering online before hand because the wait can be quite long considering how popular they are right now. I've tried 3 different "stacks", the Italian stack, the Suicide Stack, and the Fiesta Stack. It's a MUST to add on cordial bread topping (basically making it cheese bread with seasonings on the outside). Every stack is delicious but my personal favorite was the fiesta stack. Super similar to a chicken hani at National Coney Island (breaded chicken, cheese, lettuce, sauce, tomato). They can get pricey. I think they start at $15 but you can probably get 2 meals out of one stack. read more

Large Italian Stack Sandwich- big sandwich, messy but good. To get the crusty cheese baked on the outside of the bread, you have to order it special, "with cordial bread", which is an extra charge of $2.99 PER sandwich. It was 2 for $20 the day we were, add $6.00 to change out bread to "cordial bread" - worth it. Menu is confusing, had to ask a lot of questions. They weren't very patient. read more

I got the small Italian cordial again (no tomato) & it is worth all of the hype for sure. It's $29 now but worth the cost in my opinion. Enough sandwich for a few meals. SO TASTY!!! Probably the best sandwich I've had in a long time. read more

Can't believe this place is inside of a gas station! Really solid sandwiches. We got a small deluxe Italian cordial and split it between two people with leftovers for the next day! A generous amount of toppings and delicious fresh made cheese bread. LOVE the crispy edges! Potatoes were also really good and well seasoned. I can see why the good reviews about this place. The service for me wasn't too friendly. The two boys working didn't seem very engaged and enthusiastic or too happy to be there. Nonetheless they did recommend the turkey stack which is what I got. It was warm with couple slices of provolone cheese. The bread truly was delicious and soft and baked quite nicely. The sauce which was a lemon sauce paired well with it. They use Cuban turkey whatever that means but it was better than your typical deli turkey taste wise. Price was fair. We went to the new Royal Oak location but I don't see them on Yelp yet. Stacks. The sandwich is a stack. We tried the chicken fiesta bites which are very lightly breaded chicken breast. They were so good! The fries are hand cut and the Brussels sprouts were great too! The sandwich was good and I'm glad we added the toppings to the outside. They also have wraps and pizza. I went in to place an order and the guy was annoyed I didn't call in because they had a huge catering order. I told him it was no big deal I will come back later. He insisted that it would be only a few minutes for 1 sandwich. Twenty five minutes later he gave it to me and it was horrible! I was one if those days where I was checking off things on my to do list and when I stopped by trinity to switch to their mobile service I was told it was a 45 min wait so I told the sales person I was going to grab some lunch as I hadn't eaten yet found Stacks and Cordials and after looking at the menu I was like this looks good so I hopped in my car and drove over. First impressions is this is in a gas station I order the Italian and get a side of Brussels sprouts no sooner do I get my food that I get a text saying they are ready for me that I'm next in line so I hurry back I don't get to eat my food because I have to go in for my appointment which takes up about an hour and a half finally I'm done now I can eat get in my car unfortunately everything is cold but I was hungry so I just ate my food everything was really good I will be back so I can try it when it's hot.. read more

Place is terrible long waits overpriced food, since they paying Chowdown Detroit thousands each month to post fake reviews and photos. Shameful business owner Unfortunately their dressing is very watery and it just ruined the sandwich for me. Also incredibly skimpy on the meat. Not bad! I ordered a suicide stack, an Italian stack, and a large order of fries along with fiesta sauce and ranch. The fries were a 10/10 nice and thick cut and perfectly cooked and seasoned. Between the stacks I preferred the Italian- the turkey had a weird flavor to it and I wasn't a fan. I'd skip out on the sauces as well. I don't remember if it was $1 for both or $1 each but the fiesta sauce was in the smallest sauce cup I've ever seen- not the standard 2oz cup and the ranch was just a ranch packet from GFS. Also kind of tacky to charge the customer for using a credit card, that should be at the expense of the business owner and added into costs of running a business. Overall not bad but I don't think I'd be running back. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the suicide chicken and spicy italian stacks. Both are extremely satisfying without being too heavy.
