She told us that it should pull up a QR code. I showed her several times that it was not. So she had us download the app. I asked her several times to look it up by the email and phone number when she finally did said there was nothing there. Dominique was consistently on her phone texting. After fifteen minutes finally got the app downloaded the qr code was not there just a tab that said a free 24 oz birthday smoothie. Açaí Bowls are delicious! Finding the right ones with the right ingredients are key. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a small establishment but they pack a big punch of flavor with their bowls. I haven't dined inside but the service with pick up was nice and quick. The price is a little high but I would rather spend that on their Açaí vs junk food. read more

Not sure how long this place has been around, but my daughter found it and wanted a smoothie. We went for an evening snack. The regular size smoothies are pretty large; I think they are 24 oz. So we got kids size smoothies which are about 12oz. They have a more limited menu for kids smoothies, but we found a couple we liked. The strawberry lime smoothie I got had good flavor and was very refreshing on a hot and humid evening. The decor is fresh and modern looking. Everything looks neat and clean. The employees were nice and friendly. We will definitely go back and try some different smoothies and they have food as well that looked good. read more

This is not a typical place I'd order lunch from, but I'm trying to make healthier choices when ordering takeout. I was starving, currently have no food in the house (mom fail), and my kid is over at his friends house down the street so I didn't wanna leave. I would typically order a large pizza for $20, my kids would eat three pieces, and I would smash the rest which I'd regret after losing 10lbs. I was pleasantly surprised by Tropical smoothie cafe! I got myself a buffalo chicken wrap, baked lays chips, and a lean machine smoothie. All delicious, satisfying, and filling. With DoorDash I did spend $40 which is $10 higher then if I were to pick it up myself due to fees and tip, but well worth the convenience. Update- this meal isn't actually as healthy as I expected. I assumed a smoothie with "fat burners" would automatically use artificial sweetener but apparently not. I use weight watchers off and on obviously as I should've track this before I ordered. I get 24 points today and this meal cost me 44 points. Still better then a whole pizza, but damn. read more

I was headed towards Starbucks and peeped this place on the way. Being that I'm a smoothie enthusiast, I was thrilled to see that there was a smoothie place that actually has fresh ingredients rather than a concentrated powder substance. Walking in - it was clean, refreshing, and bright! The lady that took my hubs and I order was very kind and patient (we, I mean I can be very picky and annoying when it comes to ordering food ) she even gave me a little sample before ordering. This cafe lacks honesty, integrity and credibility!!! Two days (Oct. 9, 2023) ago, I dined at the 318A Mid Rivers Mall Drive location in St. Peters, MO and the manager handed me a coupon. After leaving, I began to read the coupon for a 99 cents, 24 oz Smoothie with the purchase of any wrap, sandwich, flatbread or bowl. It states: Valid only in-cafe at 9948 Kennerly Road, St. Louis, MO...Expires 5/15/23. Words have meaning and value. Three days ago, Oct. 11, 2023), I returned to the Mid Rivers Mall Drive location, and brought this to the attention of an employee working up front. I asked her if she was aware that they were handing out expired coupons. She stated that she did not know. Then I asked to speak with a manager. The young lady who approached me brought back my invalid coupon and said, "They are good here. We have to use up these coupons first." As if to say, they did not wish to PRINT more and spend the money to properly inform their 'valuable' customers. If I were a customer, I would certainly NOT return for business with an expired coupon at a store so far away from my community. Does this make sense to anyone? This type of mentality adds to what is wrong with society today. I explained to the manager that it does not make any sense and is not a good way to run a business. This was my first time trying this place and it was definitely a good decision!! I ordered the Cajun Shrimp Wrap w/ the Kale & Apple Slaw. It was very yummy! It was the wrap is made with a creole sauce I think it tastes like southwest ranch sauce. It was very tasty and was worth the money. I also got the strawberry banana and pineapple smoothie (24 oz). Saw an ad on YouTube so I decided to drop in, especially cause it's so hard to find a good, fast, health conscious place. (Obviously I know that fast and healthy don't often go together, but the fact that they did is amazingly is extra extra grounds for props). My mom and I split the Jerk Chicken Burrito and Turkey Bacon Ranch Sandwich. The sandwich was pretty normal, but the burrito was amazing. This location has been open for 1 month in St. Peter's and me and my boyfriend had our first dinner there tonight. We were both pleasantly surprised with the menu options and are excited to have a quick healthy lunch/dinner spot in the area. Location is clean with a friendly staff. We had the Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap, Baja Chicken Bowl, Health Nut Shake, and two sides of Apple Slaw. All were very tasty and reasonably priced with our total coming in around $20. I am not a slaw person but actually really enjoyed theirs. The macro breakdown isn't available on the menu, which I wouldn't expect, but the majority of the shakes do seem like they'd be relatively high carb options with lots of fruit. Shakes come in 24oz but I saw on the back of the menu they have a 12oz "kids" option. I'm looking forward to a return visit and trying more menu items. read more

The menu is small but they have yummy fresh options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If your looking for a change from the standard burger, chicken sandwich and sub fast food this is your place. I usually order from heat a lot and every time it's been good with no problems, but today I orders a chicken quesadilla and Caribbean jerk wrap, and it was cold and not cut.
