I order the buffalo chicken wrap - I attached a picture of what the menu says comes in that. It is supposed to be grilled chicken, romaine, tomatoes, mozzarella, buffalo sauce and lite ranch. I was given a wrap with white rice, black beans, grilled chicken, buffalo sauce, the butt of a romaine, no ranch, and PINEAPPLE. YES, PINEAPPLE. It is absolutely disgusting, I was very nice to the two young girls working the window - not sure if this was some kind of joke but I spent $14 on a dinner that 3/4 of us now in my trash can after the first two bites revealed the romaine butt and the pineapple. We did go in and order since we wanted to check it out and scope out the menu. It is nicely decorated and modern, colorful, and clean. It is pretty spacious for a smoothie café. Don't forger your face mask when visiting! I ordered the Mocha Madness which I have had prior, but I normally get peanut butter added to it. I did not this time. I definitely recommend adding the peanut butter if you are a chocolate peanut butter lover. Tropical Smoothie has a ton of add ins so you can customize your smoothie! My daughter ordered the Kiwi Quencher, it was so tropical and refreshing. I am definitely going to try a fruit smoothie next time. The staff was friendly and engaged. They seem to have a great food menu as well. Definitely need to hit this place up for lunch soon! They even offer kid size smoothies which is a plus if you have kiddos! ZERO AND I MEAN ZERO STARS!!!! By far the worst tropical smoothie AND RESTAURANT I've ever been to. Sad because I just moved here and would eat there all the time if I wasn't sighed at with rolling eyes every single time I come through the door. Finally got it and everything was just ice cold and not edible. Went inside to see if we could get a refund, no manager or lead. Staff could not even get into the cash register drawer. Refund could not be issues. They offered to make a new sandwich. Everyone huddled in a crowd talking about life. Absolute waste of money. I was honestly in love with tropical smoothie even though the wait time always took FOREVER. I also work in food and bev so I'm super understanding especially considering how short staffed a lot of places are lately. However the last time I went, I ordered 2 sandwiches a smoothie and 3 large cups of ice, the guy running the window was like I'll give you 4 small cups of ice because they are free. I told him I didn't mind paying for the cup of ice because that's all my kids like from there is their ice... again I have worked food and bev for the past 12 years, I understand Togo cups cost restaurants and I myself have had to charge people for large cups of water/ice etc. Well when I got to the window the guy running the window tried handing me the small cups and again I reminded him I don't mind paying for the cups of ice, so he gives me the 3 large cups of ice and rings me up a second time for the (cups of ice) when I got the receipt I payed $12 FOR 3 CUPS!!! Like what? No where I have EVER worked charged more than a dollar for a large styrofoam cup! Not only that but on the receipt he charged me for three 12oz awesome chocolates whatever that is and persisted to convince me that the cups were the same price. I was so annoyed I just left. I PAYED $12 FOR 3 STYROFOAM CUPS OF ICE!!! That's the most ridiculous thing I've EVER heard!!! Not only that but to charge me for something completely different. If you don't have a button in your system for a Togo cup then you shouldn't be charging for said Togo cup! Needless to say, this place has lost yet another customer, and again I used to wait the ridiculous times and was completely understanding until this!
