This place is so cute! The pastries are amazing and I loved the matcha, iced lattes​, and bubble teas that I have tried! The servers were so helpful in picking what i wanted and letting me know what flavors had changed. I love what they have done with the place. Weird experience here honestly. I liked that the coffee was well-priced but charging $5.50 for a single donut is extraordinary. I haven't paid that much for a gourmet donut in Manhattan! And this wasn't a large donut in the slightest. My latte was perfectly fine. Not super creamy, coffee was a touch acidic but not rough. Inside was a bit loud with music playing but again nothing awful. I really didn't love the service though. I placed an order for dining in and asked where to wait since I didn't want to clog up their register area, and there was a bench and coffee fixings to the side I waited there, it was the natural place. At one point I thought I heard my name called but with all of the noise it was hard to tell and I thought maybe the workers were saying who an order was for. I looked a number of times for a latte in a dining-in mug or cup and didn't see one. No one asked me why I was standing there for 15 minutes or what I was waiting on. Eventually I asked where my order was and I was told - with a little bit of attitude - that it had been put out a while ago. Where was it? On the total opposite side of the register, nowhere near the area that looked like it was obviously for waiting, where I said to the cashier "ok I will be over there". That was just kind of unfun. I'm not angry about it, but there was a lot of opportunity for the staff here to get it right, like calling my name a second time because the coffee was sitting there, or asking me what I was waiting on, or paying attention to where I was waiting, or bringing orders to the area where it is an obvious waiting area, or putting the coffee in a dining-in cup, or putting my name on the cup... any single one of these things would have turned a simple miscommunication into a perfectly fine experience anyways, and added them up into a poor experience. I drove into downtown Summerville after dropping off my kids, a 20 minute detour plus the hassle of finding parking, explicitly to try a new coffee place, and the experience just wasn't good and I walked out $14+ lighter for a latte and a donut, and while that price would already set a very high bar for me, this was a swing and a miss. Found myself in Summerville on a cold chilly morning once again, this time with my wife. Wanted to warm up a bit internally and externally, and I remembered this coffee shop on the corner. Location - Quaint with a slightly rustic feel. You can tell the building has some history. We sat on the couch which seems to be past its replacement date but was comfortable enough and we honestly could have slept on it as we relaxed and settled in for our morning latte's. The music was subtle and complemented the mood. There were several folks here at 10:00am, including many regulars from the conversation and tones. Service - The young lady at the counter greeted me with a smile (always a plus for me) and answered my few questions confidently. I had the Caramel Latte made with a robust expresso. My wife had a Chai Tea Latte. Both were served up quickly and brought to our couch / nest where we were settling into a deep state of relaxation. Food / Drink - I found my Caramel Latte to be excellent. I like the taste of caramel but still want that robust coffee flavor to come thru the sweetness. My wife's first sip made her think her Chai Latte was a chocolate drink instead. I took a sip and found it was a more subtle Chai, but I, a non-Chai tea drinker, felt I could enjoy it. The spice was less intense, but not in a bad way. I gave it back to my wife and she took a larger sip and stated she could enjoy it. She must have since she drank the entire 16 ounces :-) Overall, I'd still rate this a location a 4, which I feel is great considering the amount of time since my last visit. It has not gone down like so many other places have. If you come, try the couch. Its soft and well used, but I dang near fell asleep on it. Asked my wife if she felt they would allow us to take a nap here. She pointed out that my snoring would likely clear the room, so 'No', I could not take a nap. read more

They're service has gone down hill since new ownership. Went in and ordered a latte, sat down to wait. Girl called my name but came out with a smoothie, I said oh no, that's not mine. I ordered a hazelnut latte so she went back and grabbed three more coffees and called another name. I continued to wait patiently until I noticed it'd been almost 20 minutes and the guy who took my order walked past me to deliver coffee to a guy that was two customers after me. At that point, I realized I would be late to my meeting so I told them to please cancel the order. I didn't have time to wait another 20 minutes. I left drove to my meeting and parked before I could call them and request a refund and they had just started to make my coffee when I called. This used to be one of my favorite shops to go to, but it will definitely be the last visit. read more

The food options are full of comforting choices like ham, egg, and cheese croissants as well as avocado toast with pesto. They even sell their own brand of coffee beans which I'm excited to take home and try. We got to enjoy a relaxing morning eating breakfast outside and sipping our coffees. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered the caramel pecan cold brew and my husband got their standard brew with cream and agave sweetener. I can not believe Ive been so close to this little gem and is just now trying it. Super cute cafe with the cute coffee delicacies and bakery items. I went for a meeting and the line wasn't as long. Located in downtown Summerville, Cuppa Manna is such a cute little coffee shop! There is a ton of seating both inside and outside. A wide variety of drinks to choose from including food (muffins, breads etc) the cashier was so nice! I ordered the brew of the day which was a Charleston Pecan (medium roast) with some almond milk. The pricing is just right and the flavor of the coffee was amazing. Overall great experience. Definitely need to come back and try out their boba teas! read more

The whole place is changed. It doesn't have a cozy vibe anymore. The menu is changed i used to always order the green tea with mango boba. And they don't have rewards anymore. They took away half the boba. It shouldn't even be serving boba at that point. And they only had 2 coffee flavors. And they used to have silly animal paintings and they took those down to put a picture of plants up there like i see enough plants everyday I don't need a picture of them. When it came out she apologized then said but "trust me it's really good and the bacon is all nice and carmelized!". I woke up in Summerville today in a house with no coffee maker. Luckily, there's yelp. I found a coffee shop only 5 minutes away in downtown Summerville called Cuppa Manna. I drove up there and was happy that I found a parking spot right out front of their business. They are located in a strip, but they are right on the corner. It looks like there's probably always ample parking for their customers. I walk inside and up to the counter. I'm immediately greeted and asked my order. I told her I have no idea what I want yet. As I was squinting at their big menu over her head, she pointed out that there's a hand held menu by the register that might be easier for me. It was definitely easier for me to read, as I'm nearsighted and have never owned glasses or contacts. I look over the menu and I see they have probably 30+ flavors to put in the lattes. I chose chocolate chip cookie dough. The chocolate chip cookie dough latte is delicious. It tastes how you would probably expect it to taste. It's not overpoweringly cookie dough like... not too sweet, just right. I also ordered a cinnamon roll cake. They offered to heat it up for me. Yes please! When I got it home, the cinnamon roll cake was just the right temperature. So was the coffee! I hate when my coffee is too hot to drink. But the coffee here is at the perfectly right temperature where you can sip on it right when you get it, without burning your tongue, but it still stays hot for quite a while! The staff here today was two young girls. They were both very friendly and helpful in my decision making process. Inside this place, there's lots to look at. They have lots of decorations. The coffee and cinnamon cake roll are very delicious. Also, both were served at the right temperature. Overall, I give this place 5 stars! I will definitely come back here! What a cute little cafe. I was looking for a local coffee shop to try and came across this on Yelp. I found parking easily out in front of the cafe. It was free parking in that part of Downtown Summerville. I ordered a latte in a mug to enjoy at the shop vs a to go cup. My latte was a sugar free hazelnut skim milk latte. It was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the broccoli and ham quiche. It was just okay. It was pre-made and heated up in the microwave. Totally fine but it didn't taste as fresh as it could have. They offered a lot of pastries but I didn't try any. The shop is super cute. They have a good variety of tables (from seats for two to seats of eight, high tops, bar stools, etc). The location was very clean. It was a bit crowded with how many tables and things were in the shop, but it wasn't bad. They had an area with a piano and spot for a band to perform. The staff was polite and helpful with my questions. It took a little while for the drinks and food to come out, since they only had two people working. (At 9am on a Tuesday... when they were pretty crowded). I will be back to try their bubble tea and other coffee items. read more

I have been three times to meet a friend for a drink and only once were we not able to get a table (on a nice Saturday when the farmers market open). I'm used to drinking Swiss Miss twice a day so their hot chocolate was too thick for me...So if you don't like watered down hot chocolate, you'll love it (haha). The prices are all reasonable.
