It doesn't necessarily stand out. This isn't a bad thing, just level setting expectations. Parking so ample and the store is clean. The menu on the wall showcases the selections well and the staff is willing to answer questions. Out of the smoothies, like the Sunrise Sunset, which has a decent combo of strawberries, pineapple, mango, and OJ. I like my smoothies on the smoother side so this was a good choice for me, I did try the Jetty Punch, but it had too much of a banana flavor for me. I also tried the Thai chicken wrap, which has an asian flair with grilled chicken, carrots, wontons, cilantro, scallions, romaine & Thai peanut sauce. My daughter loves this place! I've only had their smoothies and I think a flatbread years ago. There was only 1 staff member when we arrived but it was near closing and they didn't have other customers. My daughter ordered a flat bead that looked really good. I've been hearing a lot about this place. All good things, so I thought I would try it. When I walked in the staff welcomed me in and the atmosphere was inviting. They had so many healthy choices it was hard to pick, but I decided on an island green smoothie and chia pudding bowls. They were spot on. I loved my quick experience here. The cafe is cute and small and has seating to sit if you would like. I ordered a Strawberry Limeade Smoothie after the gym and let me tell you, it was so refreshing! The Facility SMELLS SO DIRTY!!!!! I legit had to hold my breath while placing my order. The smell of dirty Quat or mop water is all you smell in here. Enough to make you walk out if you have options to go else where. What's sad is that I know the employees here have discussed their concerns about this to management and management has done nothing about this. Ordered the Blueberry Bliss (blueberries, strawberries, banana) today around lunchtime. It wasn't packed, just a few customers in there for a Saturday around 1-ish. While my blueberry bliss tasted fine, the consistency was very weird. This was not a smooth creamy smoothie that could be consumed with a straw. It was more similar to a icy or Slurpee consistency that made it difficult to drink. My straw would make tunnels in the smoothie and I would constantly have to stir or move my straw up and down just to get more product. I walked into a meeting and left my smoothie alone for one hour and did not touch it - after my meeting when I picked it up again the consistency had not changed at all it was still hard and like a frozen icy. It had barely melted and was not 'smooth' to drink through the straw easy. Not impressed. Will go to Smoothie King next time. read more

Their menu is very eclectic and there are so many options to choose from. I highly recommend that you pair either a press sandwich or a wrap with a delicious smoothie. It is Sunday and the doors are supposed to open at 9 am well it's already passed 9 and we have been waiting at the door and no one has showed up so the fact that they can't even open a restaurant at the right time is pretty unbelievable (no it is not a holiday). This is not the first problem I have had with this tropical smoothie. Terrible service all the time, and they advertise things that they don't have. Overall terrible experience and if there was another tropical smoothie in the area I would never come back here. Update: when they finally opened at 9:30 we went in to speak to a manager and all he told us was that it was out of his control and he offered us no compensation. The guy making the smoothies , keeps pulling up his pants because they are sagging so low. All while myself and a few other patrons wait for our stuff. Won't be back to this location. I actually originally went to the Starbucks next door to TS - I asked the barista for a smoothie recommendation & she recommended that I go next door for a better smoothie - she was so right! They're smoothies are the best & the staff is super sweet - I accidentally dropped my smoothie they rushed to replace it & we're so sweet about it! I'm now enjoying a fish taco - it's super spicy - but that's just the way I like it! The menu is extensive as far as smoothie options but the staff is knowledgeable & will guide you toward your specific taste - this is my new Saturday spot! Update: started my 10-Day Smoothie Cleanse & they actually custom made my smoothie with my exact ingredients!! Customer service here is beyond awesome!! The blonde service person is the best!! Can't say enough positive things about this establishment!! When I received my smoothie from the lady it was soaked in water, no napkins with it... waited over 10 minutes for my food. When I asked how much longer (It was two of us in there and I was the first to order) it was just sitting on the back counter in a bag... who knows how long I would of waited if I didn't say anything. The triple berry or was pure chunks (I watched the employee try to water it down with tap water) and the peanut butter crunch was made so poorly that not only was it not warmed/toasted but the bananas had all fallen out (chunks were too big) but the pita was also stale, granola was everywhere except the inside of the sand which and peanut butter itself looked like they shot it from a cannon.
