Throughout the whole experience, very nice and kind servers brought around refills of 3 types of teas. We were never running low on tea. All of the pastries were made either right then or that morning. I went to the bathroom and walked by a large pan of cranberry scones that came out of the oven and felt the warmth. The pumpkin bisque and delicious, warm quiche was to die for! The desserts at the end with the sorbet were incredible. We had never had a tea with warm food before. The hostess as well as all waiters and waitresses were friendly. There was a gentle piano playing Christmas music in the background. I also loved our cushioned seats. The temperature of the room was so comfortable. And the best part - they came around with extras of their pastries and snacks! We had never been to a tea where they passed out extras. The silverware and plates were also gorgeous - we didn't feel rushed and I loved that there wasn't some heavy metal tiered serving tray that other teas use. It also is casual - Mom was in jeans, some people were dressed up and others weren't. It felt like a special experience. We couldn't believe how amazing it was from start to finish.
