There's free parking if you're okay walking from the 99 Ranch Market plaza or if you find it in the close by residential area. Looks nice inside, the panel rooms were smaller, but accommodate the smaller attendee population too. Internet connection for the event was fine. Acoustics in the ballroom and panel rooms, along with AV set up was good. Lobby area and some just standard hotel backdrop were perfect for photos. Love that it's walking distance from lots of delicious food options. Staff were friendly and venue was nice and clean. Restrooms were clean each and every time.

I could've stayed at the Le Méridien in Arcadia, but I picked the Sheraton instead because of that feature. At check-in, I specifically asked again about the pool temperature, and staff assured me it was always kept between 80-85 degrees. To my surprise, the pool was absolutely not heated. When I called the front desk, they first said, "Oh yes, it should be" and "It's always 83 degrees." Once I explained the water was clearly cold, they changed the story to "We turn it off during certain hours," then immediately corrected themselves and said they were "having technical difficulties." At that point, I was already disappointed. Then I tried using the hotel room phone, which barely worked. The staff member kept saying, "I can't hear you," and then hung up without even attempting to follow up or figure out what the guest needed. Other issues: * WiFi was extremely slow and unreliable * TV streaming/WiFi barely worked * TV remote was terrible -- buttons had to be pressed hard and had a 5-second delay * Shower water never got hot enough Overall, this was a bad experience from start to finish. The hotel looks nice and has all the fancy bells and whistles, but the actual experience was frustrating and disappointing. To top it off, during checkout, nobody seemed to care about the issues I experienced. They just told me the total for the bill and moved on. Will not be coming back.

That's where it stops! We are so disappointed at our experience for tea that I feel compelled to write this review. We were given two scones with Devonshire cream and lemon curd to begin. This was a great start. The pineapple scone, in particular, was delicious. We each ordered a different tea, and when we drank it, we both mentioned it felt watered down and not very strong. Regardless, we waited with anticipation for the next serving. I did let the staff know I'm allergic to cucumber, and unfortunately one of the tea sandwiches was cucumber, and the egg salad sandwich, which was pre-made, also had cucumber on it. Because of my allergy, I can't just remove them because of their strong taste, so that meant I was left with 3 chicken salad sandwiches, a smoked salmon, and a prosciutto sandwich. The Chicken salad was dry, but tasted okay. The smoked salmon was tiny, but very tasty. The prosciutto was not something I would have ordered, so I took all the meat off and ate the remaining cream cheese. While we were eating, we waited for a refill, but our server had disappeared. My sister got up to serve herself tea, when another server noticed and ran over to help. It took another 20 minutes for us to see our server again. In the meantime, we started on the petit fours. First of all, what pastry chef pairs watermelon and honeydew with chocolate??? Eww. It was not a good combo. The pineapple coconut tart and the taco de guava were both tasty, and the meringue with Chamoy was a nice presentation and tasted good. All of them were quite small. I know it's the Langham, but had we not had a gift certificate, the price of their tea is $89 each. Compared to the new tea house in Sierra Madre, it's twice the price just to say you ate at the Langham. Valet parking was $18 with a validation, otherwise it would have been $28. If you go for tea without a gift card, you'd pay $150 including the tip, which we left even though service was questionable. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed with a meal here. When the Royce first opened, we also had a bad experience. Now that I've found out the Langham was fined for price gouging of guests who required rooms during the Eaton Fires, I will not be going back ever. I suggest you try another place and skip this one.

I had to meet up with a client to discuss her wedding plans so that was the main reason that I was there this past weekend. February 28th, & March 1st. Checked out on the 2nd of March. Walked in to my room on the 7th floor #708 & later was moved to #718. I was planning to give this hotel 4 stars based on what happened in the 1st room, but since everything else went flawlessly from the restaurant, to the pool, jacuzzi, shower, etc... I will give them 5 solid stars for the employees going above & beyond for your comfort. They genuinely cared for your stay and the hospitality was just FANTASTIC in every way, on every level!!! Everybody was very helpful, nice, and caring. Both rooms that I stayed in were SUPER CLEAN, comfortable bed, sheets, towels, were crisp, and clean too. Pillows were also comfortable. Not too soft & not too firm. I had a minor or I should say a big hiccup the 1st room that I had stayed. Around 3:15am I hear this ugly, loud noise/sound coming from the bathroom. I couldn't figure out what the problem was and was keeping me awake. Plumbing problem with the toilet. Called the front desk and Simon who was working the graveyard shift refused to come up to check it out. Instead he sent the security guard by the name of William. That was not William's job. He somehow came to figure out what seemed to be the problem and long story short he helped me move my stuff to the next room down the hall. Both rooms had the following amenities:gym, meeting rooms, pool, with 4 cabanas, small store that had snacks, bottled drinks, cookies and other handy stuff. Restaurant, bar, small fridge, microwave, a safe, big closet with lots of drawers, blow dryer, shower, TV, phone, an iron, etc.. At the time of the checkout, I brought the problem that I had with the toilet and Laura, one of their managers went down on the price which was a very nice gesture coming from her. Also, I used my AAA discount towards my room. AAA always comes very handy! Ate at the restaurant twice during my stay and that's all I can say about this lovely, beautiful, comfortable hotel. Special thanks to Jaydon, the server that I had in the restaurant, gave me an exceptional service! William, the security guard, and the rest of the staff who helped me! Will definitely return next time I need some ME time or if it's work related. There are a lot of nice close by eateries all around. Has a HUGE parking lot, multiple restrooms in the lobby. By 6am room is room and then in the bathroom I hear pipe noises not sure what was happening. This hotel is near the freeway and many food and malls close however the air conditioner was huge for me since the hotel was very warm. 200.00 a night you expect better. I won't go back sorry.

I've stayed at many Hampton Inns through the years to confidently say that. I'm not from this area but just from driving around it looks like a fine area. Lots of stuff around (restaurants, eateries, fast food, the mall, etc). I guess only con is it looks like there is constant traffic as it seems to be a hub for lots of amenities for the area. With that said the property looks kept up well. The lobby is pleasant and warm. Front desk person at 11PM was still energetic and professional. I didn't check all the amenities as this was a 1 night quick rest stop, but I did see an outdoor pool that closes at 9PM (not sure if heated) and no separate hot tub. The halls to the rooms are bright and dont look eerie at all. The rooms are fairly up to date being very utilitarian and functional. Tiny--by today's standards TV. Conveniently placed outlets with USB ports. There are 2 desks to work on. There are the ever so important microwave and minifridge with coffee maker. Beds and linens were up to par--both being good and comfortable. The HVAC system was adequate with a noticeable hum but no rattles. AC blows nice and cold--period. The bathroom is small, functional, and seems more recently updated than the room itself. Toilet seat is still the cheap low height. Con so far is the following: The bathroom door is a barn door. It serves to close the built in closet when bathroom door is open, and close the bathroom door itself when it use. It has a nice mirror to check yourself out. HOWEVER, there is NO LOCK ON THE BATHROOM BARN DOOR. So when you go to use the bathroom, you slide the barndoor shut but there is nothing preventing shared guests to simply go in there when in use. Bring back the standard door, as in this case function trumps fashion. As with all Hampton Inns--breakfast is included. It's the usual faire and quality if you have been to a Hampton Inn property before. Not much has changed in that for a decade or more. It's doable. Lots of carbs/breads/starches, yogurt, egg, potatoes, coffee, cereal, make your own waffle, etc. Overall another pleasant stay, but not perfect.

Other comments: It's not really walkable to much of anything other than the Hilton across the street, although there is a nice big park next-door and of course you can walk to the racetrack. You have no choice but to valet park, and they charge you 30 bucks a day for it. This always drives me crazy, why not just bake that into the price because in LA pretty much everybody needs a car. So the lower-ish initial looking price point initially was a bit deceptive because of course, in addition to paying for parking, you have to tip them every time you want to use your car. They charge you almost 50 bucks a night for a dog, so it would be nice if they could at least make dog bowls available. I wish upscale hotels in general would make it easier for you to get paper plates and cutlery for when you order food to be delivered... I felt like I was putting them out by asking for a plate. Connecting to the Internet seemed oddly annoying and I got charged for it even though I'm a Marriott member. Also, I'm not sure why, but we kept getting weird holds and charges on our credit card during our entire stay which I decided to ignore and just see what happened upon checkout, but my final folio looked correct other than the one day incorrect wifi charge. The person whose review said there were no doors in the bathrooms freaked me out, but our room did not have a problem. They had barnstyle sliding doors, which don't lock, but other than that you can close the door to the bathroom and separately for the toilet. Overall, a very nice hotel, my complaints are minimal, we would absolutely stay here again, and I recommend it

I woke up with a pain on my side thigh that's sore too the touch. We'll see if I get a bruise. They offer breakfast last time I was here, it was good... Today's breakfast not good at all...barely cooked bacon, eggs were more like pancakes very chewy too.. I opted to just have coffee and a protein shake... I may not be back again... Basic channels and HBO: a nice comfy sofa and desk. Bathroom and shower very clean! Located kind of hidden in a semi residential area. I've stayed a few times and loved it. The staff, specifically Victor (manager) is superb! So nice! This motel is very lucky to have someone who cares about the guests and making the their experience the best possible. He is truly a gem.
