My review for this place is twofold…read more The showroom is beautiful, with a great selection to choose from. Our experience with Polina was excellent, she was friendly, kind, and very helpful in guiding us through our tile selection. Where things fell short was communication and delivery...especially disappointing as this was our first time shopping here. When we placed our order, we specifically asked if the product was in stock and were told that it was. After we paid and left, we received a call saying the product was actually not in stock and would take about a week. Frustrating, but what made it worse was the response we got when we followed up. We spoke with Glenn and explained that had we known, we might have gone elsewhere. His response was essentially that we were free to do so. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I found that surprising and disappointing...there was no effort to retain our business or make things right. We decided to continue with the order since we had already paid. Fast forward about two weeks, and we hadn't received any updates. I called to check in and was told the shipment was still in transit and might arrive by the end of the day. I asked to speak with a manager, and Glenn called me back. To his credit, he acknowledged the earlier interaction and apologized for the delay, but there was still a lack of proactive communication or effort to improve the experience...especially considering we had already, made multiple trips for payment and a partial pickup. Ironically, I received a call just before closing that the rest of the shipment had arrived and would be ready for pickup the next day...but only after I had reached out first. I would still recommend this place for the showroom, selection, and the help we received from Polina. Just be aware that the follow-through and communication may not match that initial experience.

She quickly narrowed down the best options that met safety standards, which made the process much less overwhelming. What we appreciated most was that AJ truly listened to both of our concerns. She was patient, pleasant, and somehow even provided a little free marriage counseling along the way, helping us compromise on product choices with humor and ease. After we selected our tile, she walked us through all of the finishing details, including edge trim, grout, and a shower niche, so we could make every decision in one visit. We left with all of our choices made and were able to get home in a timely fashion. AJ made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and even enjoyable. Everything looks great! Removed old marble tile bordering my concrete steps and installed travertine tile. Also removed some marble tile from the short stucco walls, fixed the walls, and re-painted them so they look like new. Elmer is very professional and kept me updated with texts and pics showing the progress throughout and upon completion. Definitely will use him again for future projects and refer my friends to him.
